Regarding our Zero Sauces, they contain around 28 kcal per 100 ml, which is significantly lower than traditional sauces. We always aim to clearly state the nutritional values on both our website and packaging, so customers can make informed choices.
When it comes to scoops, these are now optional and need to be added separately. This change is made to reduce unnecessary plastic use and overconsumption, as many customers already have scoops at home.

Great stuff here at Bodylab! It's not packed with sugars or artificial flavors. Coming from America, I've taken everything from NOXplode ,Yellow Jackets, Double Dragon Win50 etc and i've never had a pre workout that gave me the perfect amount of energy without the shakes or jitters but had me energized all day(no crash). The taste of the pre workout (Peach Ice Tea) and the Whey Protein is perfect! I've found my new lifting partners

Check-out is so-so, but products are great
At first I couldn't place an order due to some error with check-out so I actually ordered from another place at that time. When I returned to place another order for their new Hindenbaersnitte it seemed to have been fixed.
Great prices, great flavor, great packaging. Most things are top tier except the check-out process. Sometimes it will just delete your cart and/or your delivery information.

I literally cannot receive my package
I literally cannot receive my package. I ordered from bodylabs a package and they used a delivery service without telling me that requires a Swedish Bank ID to collect the package (I have already paid!) So I am literally banned from picking up my own package! It's been 20 days since I've ordered my stuff!

Shipment delay because of not dispatched on time
Although they promise same date dispatchment but they did not. Customer support does not value customers, lying and blaming delivery service (which did their job fast) instead of saying true that somebody didn't complete the job on time on their side. Very bad attitude.
Replying to the bodylab: yes, it was delivered after 3 business days. But you say that it is dispatched same day if ordered before lunch, and it was done only after 3 days (ordered Thursday, dispatched Sunday). Check the communication with customer service if you really want to make change.
