BodyLytics brings the science back, with courses built on the established work of researchers and practitioners such as Joe Navarro and Paul Ekman, and focused on skills you can use the same day: reading a room, noticing discomfort, building rapport, and handling negotiations, interviews and difficult conversations with more awareness. BodyLytics was founded in October 2025 by Sean Johns, a certified body language trainer who spent more than 20 years leading technology teams before moving from tech to people. He started the company because human connection was getting lost at work. Sean is regularly quoted as a body language expert by the international press, including the New York Post, The Sun, The Mirror US and The Times of India. We offer self-study courses through BodyLytics Academy, live online cohort and VIP programmes, team training for HR, sales and leadership groups, and in-person workshops through BodyLytics Live. I think understanding body language helps us better understand not only other people, but also ourselves. Sometimes we are not even fully aware of our own emotions, but our body tells us much more than we realize. And I find that especially interesting!

Great interactive course
Great interactive course, I really liked the online platform and how it was laid out, the material it very interesting and well delivered.
