Ordered with them been over a week no parcel i’ve sent numerous emails with no reply doesn’t look like I’m getting my money back or my parcel either will never order from you again.

I honestly don't know where the bad reviews come from, been order g for about a year now consistently and never had an issue, always delivered within 3 working days and subscription orders where always on time. You get a small discount for subscribing which is an extra bonus and for some reason I always seem to get free samples or small gifts for free which I really appreciate. Actually feel the value of being a customer.

Would defo recommend and will always continue to use for my monthly supplements.

Still not received my order and keep getting asked for a review…it’s ridiculous now!

I placed my order more then a week ago, paid for next day shipment but I still didn’t receive my parcel, I wanted to cancel the order but they didn’t do it either. So I can’t have my money back and the order is not with me yet. I’ll never buy from them again.

I have not received my product been a week now and this company now sends me an email asking how they did on top of that im being trolled with discount emails terrible customer service I would nor order from this place again

Quick delivery, just as specified on the website. Coconut tastes nice, not artificial tasting at all.

U lied when it comes to delivery time, it was said 2 days, it took 6 days

everything ok, only this time I ordered the shipment the next day, today it's been a week and i have no shipment

Always prompt service items are always package well very satisfied.
The one time I had an issue it was dealt with swiftly and I was informed of the action plan.
Excellent Customer service

Ordered some products which didn't arrive. Told it was due to mail strike which was understandable. Left it over a week, then asked when the products would be arriving and at that point, was told I was getting a refund. No refund was processed over another week later so I asked what was happening and if they were still available. No response again until I chased on different channels to finally have a refund. Felt very messed around and confused as to why a company would ignore order without any explanation and offer such bad service. Now I'm being hounded by terrible email marketing to get me to 'spend my points' and shop again. Just avoid completely!

The product and delivery service were excellent and I am very happy what I got for my money.
The only thing which I gave only 4 stars because there are so many flavour of the product but only 2-3 of them are available, which is quite disappointing.
But at least what is available is great and highly recommend! Many thanks
