Every part of your body is given attention (excluding your private parts). The full two hour treatment allows me to explore the body and focus on areas which require more attention. However I offer a variety of treatments to suit your time availability. I use my hands, palms, forearms, elbows, knees, feet to apply pressure on specific points of the body, some assisted stretches, twists, traction and applied yoga poses to promote the free flow of your body's fluids and energy, releasing tight joints and muscles. It is done in the convenience of your own home, so you can take in and enjoy the full benefits undisturbed by the outside world. During the massage you will remain fully clothed either lying or sitting on a mat on the floor, propped with cushions for comfort. Strictly non-sexual treatment.
