Putting the bike together wasn't a massive chore. Love that it folds up so I can tuck it away inside my flat after work.

I purchased an A275 model about 6 months ago. My wife and I both use the bike almost every day. The bike is very comfortable, and it has not had any issues. We are living in a steep city. Hydraulic brakes are powerful enough to stop the bike at high-angle downward steeps, and the motor is powerful enough to take you through steeps. Recently, there was a problem with the battery, and after contacting customer service, they are going to send me a new battery without even charging for the shipping fee, which is an example of great customer service.

This bike is practical and drain the battery. I have owned it for about a year and it still works perfectly. I advise people to try it.

Purchased a a275 bike from this company last year and I’m still very happy with my order. The shipping from the company was quick and arrived on time. Very good communication. I’m happy with the purchase and the service I received.

Poor communications with no apparent customer care dept.
Onto the bike, it seems well built, is easy enough to assemble and is easy to ride. The hydraulic brakes need servicing despite being new. Overall a good product with an average to low customer experience.
Since writing this I have had no end of issues with the screen display and the recommended Tuya app with Bodywel customer services expecting me to remedy this myself. Therefore I am revising this down from a 3 star to a 1 star review until this issue is sorted out.

Purchase, delivery and installation reasonably simple for my A26. Use it for commuting to work 7 miles each way, day and night. Makes it a doddle. Easily achieves the quoted range in Warp mode 2. The info on the large digital screen is a disappointment .... trip reading does not have a tenth of mile/km which would have been handier. I do not trust it to be accurate either - not really a drama, but. The trip resets after every power on/off, I would have preferred reset at my bidding. The speed displayed does not necessarily show your actual speed. Warp 2 has a target speed of 11 mph when using pedal assist, and does not display above that. Same for Warp 3 at 15 mph. If you freewheel downhill, again it will not show above 15 mph target speed even though it's nearer 25 mph! The pedal assist kicks in after approx half a pedal rotation. Best not to try and pedal harder than the target speed .... ease off pedalling and allow motor to reach the speed. On steeper inclines, gearing down may assist. Disc brakes are reasonable with adjustment. Headlight fantastic. A clock display would be handy! Annoyingly, the power key sticks out and I have bent it simply pedalling, hitting it with the rear of my left heel! Ride a bit clunky, tyres a little too off-road for commuting, seat passable but overall satisfied.

The A26 bike is good-looking, but the installation requires a little patience. During installation, there was a hole where I tightened the slide wire too hard, but they sent me tools and video tutorials, and now the problem has been solved.

I ordered the Bodywel A26 about 4/5 months ago, and use it everyday for commuting. The bike build quality is great, the company are very descriptive about the products they offer and their products are high quality. All the issues I've had with the bike were my own fault, and Bodywel customer support has been outstanding - very responsive and extremely helpful. My first issue was not attaching the bike handlebar stem correctly (it came off during use, my own fault), however, Bodywel provided me with videos and detailed instructions to correct my installation issue. My second issue I've had was when I ran through a pot hole and damaged the rear wheel rim (my own fault again). I contacted Bodywel support and they gave me a discount to buy a new rear wheel kit after their product engineers inspected the photos I sent to them.
Overall, I wasn't sure how much support I would get from the company for my issues but they have gone above and beyond to resolve my problems. Highly recommend product and company.

When I received the goods, the outer box was a little damaged, but fortunately there was nothing wrong with the accessories inside. I hope to check it before shipping in the future and not let a small problem affect the brand image.

I haven't ridden a bike for a long time. I bought this bike because my latest workplace was a bit far away. After installing it, I went out and tired it for a few kilometers. It is very light to ride.

The appearance is cool, the colour is good-looking, the ride is different from ordinary bicycles, and the power is sufficient.

F20 is really good. The black one I bought is very eye-catching and provides an additional way to travel. The installation is relatively simple, just follow the installation video. As an amateur cycling enthusiast, i'm quite satisfied.

The bike looks amazing and very good quality, unfortunately came with the front fenders broken because of careless delivery but the costumer service was prompt to help me and replace it in no time!

the shipping delayed a day or two, may be beacuse Black Five.but the electric power is very easy, you can also switch off the power as a normal bike pedal exercise, not very heavy.

My electric bike arrived 4 days ago.
Very poor instruction manual so I paid a cycle mechanic £50 to assemble it.
He could not fit the rear rack because one of the threads had gone so ir is now tied on.
The rear hydraulic brake is not good enough due to too much air. Obviously been in storage a long time.
He now says he can pump oil into the system at extra cost.
Have contacted customer support and still waiting
The Company claim to offer a 15 day return but they are reusing to refund me even though imo the bike is faulty and unsafe.
Stay away from this Company

Bought the womens A26 e bike last week. Self assembly took about 2 hrs (I'm a middle aged woman). Instruction manual useless but videos of how to do everything on bodywel website/you tube were fine. Connecting to app is a nightmare until you realise you need to hold down + & - sign as well as M 6 times- which isn't obvious anywhere. (I still don't have a tally of my miles so far- which is mildly annoying). Riding is taking a bit of getting used to- not fully convinced of my construction abilities!! Brakes are not great- lots of tweaking- still not there (might just need an expert to look it over) and there was a clanking noise on the left pedal for a good 40 miles which seems to have worn off. But, after all this, I'm impressed so far. I live in Devon. There are hundreds of hills which, as long as you don't stop half way, are easily conquered where once i would have to get off and walk. In the end it does exactly what i wanted it to at a fraction of the cost of others on the market. It does take a leap of faith and perseverance though, but worth it.
