Fine until you want a refund
I have had several deliveries with items I liked. However, have had very poor communication and issues with making a return. This has put me off purchasing again in the future.

Our rep has also stated that you never asked for help on sizing and only messaged her when you had already ordered. I have asked for screenshots from yourself so I can deal with this but our request was ignored
The item on the description says fits true to size. Which means a wide foot you would always size up.
If you have emailed in the last 24 hours we will respond today

Apologies that you were not happy. You were offered a refund without returning the item if you could provide pictures which you declined
As per my email earlier today. You did the refund through PayPal and not our returns system.
As a tracking number was not provided PayPal closed the claim.
I also emailed to say you refund would be sent by tomorrow morning

Great company with amazing clothes
Great company with amazing clothes, both boho and everyday wear. Alot of witchy style crystals and so much more for folk who are into that kind of thing. Ive had probems with orders before but they have always been dealt with within 24/48 hours and if anything came broken, torn etc ive alway been given a replacement. Highly recommended.

Bought some boots online but more info at the start would have been useful.
Bought some boots online but struggled to see what the postage was until the final payment. The shop also did not say that the boots were coming from China and that it could take weeks (this is not on the website, nor is a contact number). I also thought the boots would be leather for the price but they are plastic. They are also a very small size 6, more like a 4.5 / 5.
More information should have been presented at the start.
My wife likes the boots but I would think twice before buying something from BB again.
