Cheap Quality, Terrible Service
The product they sent is of Very Poor Quality, very ugly, and cheaply made. I had to care for my elderly mom and didn't receive the product until 3 days after the return date, and because I missed it because I was caring for an elderly relative 2,000 miles away they might be compassionate and allow a return. They told me Tough Luck. Get Lost. They refused to respond to me when I wrote back. This was for a product that cost a fair chunk of cash, too!

Cheap Clothing - Colors bled in the laundry, ruining my other clothes
Disappointing Experience with Garment Care Instructions
I recently purchased clothing from this boutique and was unfortunately disappointed. Before wearing the items, I washed them, but the dye bled and ruined the rest of my laundry. While there was a hang tag recommending dry cleaning to prolong the life of the garment, it wasn't clear that machine washing would cause such significant dye transfer.
After contacting customer service, they confirmed this is a known issue. As a small boutique, I wish they had been more transparent in stating that dry cleaning is essential to avoid this problem, helping customers avoid this kind of frustration. Better upfront expectations would go a long way in ensuring a more positive experience.

Horrible Customer Service
I accidentally placed an order last night (not sure how it happened). The order included a fee for making sure the item arrived in good shape. Kind of ridiculous since the shipping is $15! The order also included installment payments that I did not want. I immediately contacted them by text AND email to cancel. They emailed me a few hours later to say that the item was already in fulfillment and couldn’t be cancelled. They didn’t even offer to make the changes that I stated in my message. Really???

I ordered a beach hat and spent $95.90
I ordered a beach hat and spent $95.90. It was such poor quality that when I picked it up out of the box it ripped. It looks like something you would buy from a dollar store. No one answered the 800# and the only way I can return online is to get a gift card. I would never order something else. I disputed with PayPal so we will see the turnout. Bohemian Mama email has not responded after 2 emails. I received the order on Saturday today is Monday. I am furious.

We answered all your emails promptly and tried to explain the policy that’s clearly written on our policy page as well as every single hat listing directly under the add to cart button so that customers are super clear we only offer exchange or store credit for any hats purchased. It’s a similar policy to many other stores. The hat arrived in perfect condition as shown on our website. PayPal actually granted us our funds based on this. We allowed you to return the hat after this anyway, and you never shipped the hat back to us. We were extremely responsive and tried to work it out with you. We are sorry you didn’t like the hat. Also- when you email on a Saturday customer support comes back on Monday so naturally you were responded to on the first business day.

Where’s my order?????
It’s difficult to review my order that was placed on February 21st seeing as I have not received it yet. On March 10th I sent an email inquiring about my order and received an auto response stating I would be contacted within 24 hours. It is now 72+ hours later and I have still not been updated. Needless to say…. my first impression of Bohemian Mama is not a very good one.
