The quality is questionable, the claims all false. No human hair in there pieces even if they claim there is. Highly disappointed

Having used your products for over 30 years, I am disappointed by the significant decline in quality and the repeated issues regarding shipping fees.

For my most recent order, I specifically paid for the highest-tier shipping to ensure delivery within one week. The package did not arrive within this timeframe. When I contacted customer service, I spoke with Eva, who informed me that a refund is not possible because the item is now in transit. Furthermore, I was only offered a partial refund of £18—the difference between the express and standard shipping rates.

To make matters worse, I have now received a notification from UPS requesting an additional £70 in shipping fees to receive the package this week. This is unacceptable, as I have already paid for premium shipping at checkout. It appears I am being charged twice for a service that was not fulfilled.

I have taken screenshots of the website and my order details as evidence of these discrepancies. I expect a full explanation of these charges and a resolution regarding the additional fees being demanded by the courier.

I absolutely love this hair! I get lots of compliments every time I wear it. I originally bought three different packs and have created so many styles, and the hair gets better each time. It looks so natural, not heavy, and not itchy like other brands that smell or feel uncomfortable. Highly recommended ,great quality and worth every penny.

I ordered the hair after watching multiple YouTube reviews and reading reviews online.

The positives:
- The hair shipped very quickly. I received within a week of placing my order.
- The hair is very lightweight.

The negative:
- The hair looks cheap AF. I'm wondering if it's the same hair that I've seen in videos and on the company's website.
- The human hair is very low quality

Overall, I WILL NOT be ordering from this company again. And, it doesn't make sense to return the hair because you only get store credit, not a refund. So now I'm stuck with hair that I won't use.

Never again! I still haven’t received the order I placed 3 weeks ago, and the tracking link says I have another week to wait for it to arrive. What did arrive today though, is a customs charge letter of £50 so another expense on top of the locs (which are not cheap). A month-long wait is unacceptable. I purchased something from the US to the UK recently and it took around a week to arrive. Wish I had come here first to read the other two reviews before buying into the brand. Very disappointed.

Disappointing experience. Never received the hair. Shipping error on the companies behalf yet they refuse refund

I bought locs from this company in August 2019 and it was a HUGE disappointment! I wasted so much money and it was so hard for me to come to terms with how much I was cheated. The photos do not match the real life hair in my opinion, the hair looks SO MUCH neater in the photos but gets messy very easily. It just looks rough, not like something you just spent hundreds of dollars on. It's also marketed to be hair you can reuse, but with how messy the hair looks after the first install...reusable?...I don't think so. On top of that, it was very difficult to assemble at home without the locs unravelling, which I feel shouldn't be the case considering how expensive the hair is. Why would i want to spend more money at the hairstylist to put it on? The hair, in real life, was underwhelming to me and NOT worth the high price tag. I know locs aren't supposed to be the "neat" per se. But Boholocs is so overpriced!
