This is a scam site don't order from it, ordered two items, nothing has arrived weeks later. I have sent emails and commented on the site, my comments are just deleted.

Awful company do you not waste your money. Products are terrible quality. they don't refund your money. They will only give you partial credit for what you paid, and it is in the form of store credit, for other terrible products. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered shoes for a Christmas Gift for wife.
9 days before Christmas. I sent e mails no response.

Scam scam scam shoes are fake cheap not what they decided in the description and takes for ever to get to u and u only have 24 hours to return the product with out getting it. Don’t buy from the it’s a scam

DON'T BUY SCAM
Brought Sneaker was suppose to be comfortable, Orthopedic soft rubber help with Foot pain, Bunion correction relief and support. DON'T fall for it I got a plastic Sneaker with no support no rubber as they show in the ads. very cheap not worth the money.
Ask for my money back and was offer two options for a 30% off next order who told then I would ever order again. very disgusted with the company.

Bought shoes and paid $39 for them, never received the shoes and no customer service, in fact the whole site is gone! This is a scam.

Boots are so small that I can’t get them on my feet. Was required to send photos. Their US- European sizes are listed incorrectly. These boots would fit a child not an adult company refuses return. Scam- misleading advertising and on Facebook. I’m reporting them.

Worst company ever!!! Product was cheap looking and then when I wanted to return they said I had to send a video because it was inspected before it was shipped from the company! I’m donating mine to Goodwill!!!

I ordered a handbag, 28 quid , when it arrived it was nothing the the photo it was plastic and cheap looking, I asked for a refund and they wanted photos, I’ve been offered a 30% discount refund and 59% off next order I will never use , I just want my money back and to return the item -DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I want to give 0 stars but it won't let me! We all went in together to get our mum 2 pairs of sliders that she wanted! With postage it came to £80! We waited weeks and weeks for them to come and when they finally did they are total crap! They look nothing like the pictures on their site and they are not even stitched together on one side! I emailed them and they replied asking for pictures to send to their quality control, I did this and they said one pair are fine but the other pair (half the fur is missing) they will replace and send a new pair and give me 10% off my next order! Let's just confirm I would never ever order from here again even if it was free! The stuff is total tat! I told them I am not happy and want to return them and get a refund they haven't replied since! I have emailed over and over and messaged on their Facebook page and everything is just ignored! Do not order from this site!

its a total scam. i made an order in March and i have been trying to contact them since then ( now its july). they have only answer me after posting a bad review on their IG account. now they just delate my comments.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered on 18.05 still no information and no delivery. It is a complete rip off! Also no refund as they are not answering per e-mail, the given phone is not working. Stay far, far, far away from this company!!!!! Do not order! It is SCAM

I wish I had checked before falling for this scam...I ordered sandels in January 2020..nearly £28 ....after a very long wait shoes did arrive..they were horribke cheap black suedette with very high silver heels..worth zilch!!!! I returned them which cost £10...I have emailed many many times..occasionally a odd reply from taanya or chentong song...here we are in July still no sandels...complete rip off..disgusting customer service...this had put me off ordering through facebook adverts ever again.

I ordered the fluffy slippers because of the enticing IG add. They talk these slippers up like they are top quality. They are not. They sole is so cheap they appear to look like an Adida slide with the little circles on the bottom. Well those circles are like suction cups. Every step I take can be heard throughout the house. Are they cute? Yes. Are they cheap? Yes, in quality. Current add says they are regularly $118 on sale for $39. There is no way they are even close to worth either of those prices. I figure they are worth about $1.75. As for the shipping, I waited for weeks and weeks. Finally I emailed and asked to cancel for a refund and they magically appeared a couple days later.
DO NOT PURCHASE THESE UNLESS YOU WANT TO OVER PAY FOR A VERY CHEAP PRODUCT.

I made the mistake and ordered from this company without doing my research and looking up reviews. I am sad to say I have been had too. I ordered the fluffy slippers from their advertisement on FB and IG. Currently, I still don't have my order and was told that it is on the way and claims of COVID-19 impacts, BS. I ordered from Wal-Mart and had no major issues. From other reviews I am led to believe that this is a scam. STAY AWAY shoppers!!
