Declan from Boiler-Upgrade went above and beyond to help us out when our 22year old boiler broke down. He tried to source parts which unfortunately are now obsolete so instead offered us a range of boiler to suit our budget and installed it very promptly and may add to a very high level of workmanship. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Declan got back to us quickly after initial contact, and repaired a cracked pipe in the loft with no issues. He installed our boiler a couple of years ago, and always does our servicing. He is always friendly, polite and professional, and we think his pricing is always very fair. Highly recommend.

Dec is friendly, reliable and professional. He fitted my entire heating and hot water system and now services the boiler annually. He’s also done other jobs for me including an emergency fix of a seized-up, leaking stop tap!

'Dec' the plumber is reliable, polite, and nothing is too much trouble, i wouldnt go with anyone else he has serviced my boiler twice and is always efficent , i would recommend him everytime!

Dec is always very professional. Timely response to emails or texts and keeps you up to date if his previous job is overrunning. Second year we have used him for boiler service. Will use again next year.

We recently had D Whittle Plumbing and Heating (Boiler Upgrade Ltd) move our boiler from our Kitchen to our spare room along with installing a new hot water cylinder.

From the initial viewing appointment Declan was extremely professional and explained the process in easy to understand terms and listened to our requirements. His quote via an online service was competitive and itemised all parts being installed. Once the quote was accepted he provided us with a date for the install to take place. Our regular electrician was unable to attend on the days that Declan was attending so he was able to contact an electrician on our behalf and arrange for him to attend.

The installation could not have gone any more smoothly than it did and we are extremely pleased with the result. All of the plumbing was done in crimp fittings (no solder) and is as neat as can be. Payment at the end was made by bank transfer and upon confirmation we received our gas safe certificate and warranty for our new cylinder via email.

Declan is fastidiously neat and tidy, well mannered and polite and as a result of his workmanship we have requested that he carry out our annual boiler services.

We would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Declan did a great job replacing our boiler and all radiators. He was really prompt in coming out to quote and then actually sending the quote afterwards (not always a given with tradesmen!). Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I had a water cylinder upgrade which improved my water pressure 100% and a whole bathroom refit. Declan was informative about choices and provided suggestions based on experience. He sorts the whole project including skip, electrics, plastering, tiling and I absolutely love my new bathroom and excellent water pressure. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use in the future

Always an excellent service from Declan who has undertaken various jobs for me over the the last few years, in two properties, including a small job of fixing a leaking radiator and the huge job of transforming my bathroom, including arranging plastering, tiling and electrics. Declan is a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly young man who I highly recommended.
