We recently had Matt change an old cylinder, water tank and conventional boiler system to a combi. It was quite a job and we are so impressed with the end product. His service is a really reasonable price and would really recommend. Thanks for your hard work 🙂

Did not turn up to look at my boiler as promised. Didn’t bother to tell me, return my message or calls, totally unreliable and unprofessional, this isn’t a small problem I’m getting no hot water and now have to wait another week until I can get someone else in to fix it! Would not recommend!

Fantastic service. Our boiler had been gradually losing pressure until just after New Year when it was losing pressure every 5 hours. I was convinced there was a leak somewhere in the house, but Matthew was able to identify the issue as the expansion vessel which required draining. He was able to fix it there and then, and only charged for a normal service. Friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.

I don't really want to recommend Boiler Boffin too highly, as being selfish, I'd like to keep the discovery of this highly competent and professional company a secret.

My boiler stopped working before Christmas and on their first visit it was established a new heat-exchanger was required. Boiler Boffin was able to order and install between Christmas And New Year. Most contractor's I know would have been on holiday! The boiler is now working just fine.

Boiler Boffin kept me fully informed regarding booked visits (and attended during the timed window) and the costs (which incidentally were completely transparent). The cost I agreed was the amount paid - with no hidden extras.

I am a construction professional (architect) and know the value of a good company. So ask yourself, if you found 'gold' would you just tell everyone about it?

Boiler Boffin were amazing! Our boiler broke, they came out to see what the problem was, ordered the parts needed and were back to fix it in just a couple of days. The man that came to our house was very polite and helpful. Also the price was a fraction of what British Gas quoted us. Thank you! :)

Hi We had a boiler issue where the boiler would switch itself on without anyone using water. I found The Boiler Boffin on You Tube of all places . Called them up they came next day found the problem straight away Mathew from Boiler Boffin fixed it and in the end we had a side issue where we had to change the bathroom mixer shower . Mathew was kind enough to wait for me to go out and buy one so he could change it for us so very helpful. Price of all the work was reasonable and I'm happy with it . Recommended Boiler Boffin its them that I will call if any other issues arise .

As soon as Matt came to my house to work out a quote I knew I was using Boiler Boffin to install my central heating.
Matt and his Team were excellent and he gave me some great advice for choosing the right pump and water softener which I added to the job.
As an engineer by trade who manages tradesman I could tell Matt was totally professional and knew his trade. Highly recommended and going in my contact list as my go to heating engineer for the future. 10/10 👍🏻
