I recently had a new boiler fitted by Liam from Boiler Plan. The whole experience went like clockwork from the initial contact through to completion and payment. The members of the company I dealt with, both via phone and face to face were friendly, helpful and above all efficient and professional. I could not have asked for better service. In the same way I was offered follow up work, should that be necessary, with the attitude "we are here to help". I would not hesitate to recommend Boiler Plan to anyone in the future - an exemplary company.

Boiler Plan replaced our combi gas boiler after Domestic&General deemed our existing boiler non repairable due to age and cost. The whole process was dealt with swiftly, efficiently and competently. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received. In particular, we were very impressed with Fiona Thomson (Technical Video Surveyor) and Guy Machin (Installer/Engineer) who were both very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. They are a credit to Boiler Plan.

An enjoyable experience, the whole process was easy, the boiler and the fitting crew arrived on time and 4 hrs later all finished. We went with our existing hive thermostat, shame that the people that fit those can't come until July to upgrade my hive, but I would recommend boiler plan if you need a new boiler, very good.

Installers arrived on time Harry Then Luke with one other the job was scheduled for 2 days got it done in the day Great!!! would have like a little more time to have the system explained but in hindsight I do not think this would have made much difference great job well executed 8hrs start to finish very pleased would use again

Front the outset and the initial survey with James, too the installation by George, everything has been spot on and professionally done. Service has been brilliant.

The gentleman who installed the boiler were very nice and professional. Lovely to my kids, just a hello which is more than most would do in this day and age. very professional and did a great job. Boiler Plan were great before I purchased the boiler but disappointed with their lack of customer care once I had completed the forms to purchase the boiler and post purchase and installation. I wanted a wireless thermostat, four weeks on and the lady who was supposed to call me back has not. More aftercare is required. A choice of thermostat should have been given considering the four figures we paid for it. Very, Very disappointed.

New boiler was required and tried the usual companies. A friend told me about Boiler Plan Uk. I contacted them and the service I have received has been brilliant. The survey was completed virtually with a price given within an hour and new boiler installed within a week. Installation completed with no problems within a day. Would def recommend

After two days with no heating Tom Watson arrived at 8am to fit a new boiler.
What a great job he did. Very professional very polite and by 11am he gave us some heat.
Would definitely recommend your company as all my dealings with Boiler Plan was great.

This is the first time i have used boiler plan. I had a new boiler fitted in by Amit today. He came on time and was a very pleasant gentleman. He worked very hard and was very friendly. He cleaned up after himself and made sure i was happy with everything before he left. I would recommend boiler plan to everyone.
