I have not received the goods
I have not received the goods. I've sent 3 emails. Ghosted. No reply, no courtesy email, no follow up. I have not been given an ETD/ETA when goods will arrive. Poor service. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

Too slow and poor service.
Took a couple of days short of a month, customer service was poor.
Added to respond to boingboings comment: 11th April I asked for an update, they replied asking for the art work that I'd already uploaded on the 29th March, claiming they'd previously asked for it, when they absolutely didn't. Their tactics are to try to blame the customer for their own errors and take no ownership.
