I wouldn't even rate them a 1. I ordered an eye tightening cream. Took 6wks to arrive. When it did arrive, it was damaged, with all cream soaked into the box. After 4 emails, I had no reply to either. So I gave up. I decided to try the cream that was leaked in the box. It does NOT work. Screams scam to me. Avoid at all costs!
