Bad quality, takes very long to arrive and my item was a giveaway I “won”

Avoid! Fraudulent company.

I loved my Boldier name necklace. It has an elegant design, the engraving is perfect, and it looks high quality. It's lightweight, comfortable to wear, and goes with everything. It arrived well-packaged and exactly as I ordered. Definitely a very special gift or a treat for yourself.

I haven’t got item. First they said its collab and they took my money for shipping charge and then took like 3,4 months to complete it. And I emailed them so many times that i have moved from old place they never replied to me. They sent it to old place and collboration just vanished without telling me or informing me. Such a bad customer service.

The Necklace was pretty however it turned bronze after 2 wears. Also the wait time was extremely long.

Never received order.

The company said they would give me a $500 retainer fee for posting about said product and never did

The product took months to get and it tarnished. They also rip others off and never send the product.

Scammers! They will trick you to pay shipping of $9 - while they are pretending they want to collaborate with you and pay you for the video you should do for them after receiving the product. Scammers!!

Scam company!! Reached out to do a partnership, tricked me into paying for shipping on a product they never even sent!!!! Do not buy from them!!! Lowest of the low praying on people who are grieving their pets. Disgusting

My necklace broke. I wrote customer service about a week after it happened. No. Response. No refund. No replacement and I didn’t get paid.

Never got my order. And can’t even track it and seems like a scam.

Bought something, never shipped. Emailed multiple times for a refund and months later still haven't gotten anything. This company is a complete JOKE!!!!!

This company is the definition of SCAMMER. They take advantage of grieving pet parents. Purchased the keychain July 16th, and now it’s October 28th and still NOTHING. No response either from their so called customer service. Requested a refund, NOTHING. Reported to BBB.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was told several months ago that I would be paid to promote the product, I ordered the keychain with the code they gave me but added on my own customizations which was okay, i was okay with paying extra for it. 4 months later they havent returned any of my emails and i sitll dont have the keychain. had to file a claim with my credit card to get my money back for this product. dont ever order from here...horrible team horrible company the people who run it clearly aren't good at their jobs.. huge disappointment

You guys promised to pay me for promoting your product and get a discount code! I didn’t get either one. I only got the key chain! This isn’t right I have been emailing you guys for a week and no answer!!! Where’s my money!!!!?????

I would give zero. I ordered this prod out last April and still has not received it. Would never recommend ordering here.
