In the end, due to the secretary's oversight, we had to have a new fireplace that did not work as well as the old one, and after more than a month of contact, the attorney graciously agreed to pay half the cost of the device that we had to buy for the fireplace to work properly. She also had a grudge against me that I was calling a lot, demanding a reply to my e-mails regarding a non-working fireplace. I do not recommend it. And when the secretary takes over, you better keep an eye on everything yourself.
