Bought a few instruments from them & companion site CharangoMall.com. Only problem was paying (from UK). Credit card page just hung forever. Pay Pal ditto. Only after quitting Pay Pal I got an email asking me to complete payment that offered me a different credit card page which worked. Otherwise prices seemed fair, Items delivered in a few days once available (tiple took a while to source), can track delivery progress via courier's website and a convenient delivery date. May find there are customs fees to pay in addition to and separate from item price and shipping already paid to BoliviaMall.

I purchased a drum from BolibiaMall.com. I am a performer of Chilean Folk music and it was time to get a brand new Bombo. As you can imagine these drums do not come easy. You can't just go to GuitarCenter and purchase one. I was reluctant at first to try a company I have never heard of, but they were the only company who had what I wanted. They were very professional and super timely in their shipping. I received my drum in good shape, in a timely manner and the drum, which was customized for me was gorgeous!! I am so happy with my drum and I will definitely send people to you and will purchase more from this store in the future. Highly recommend this store!
