I contacted Boll and Branch because I was looking for split California king sheets. Hard to find. To my surprise, Sherri contacted me and told me that they did not have these at this time, butmany of their customers found that the twin XL bottom sheets fit well for them, and then she offered to send me two at no cost to try out. Who does that, nobody right?! Well, I love the sheets and they did (surprisingly) work for me. They were very soft and I slept the first night for eight hours very unusual for me. I bought a duvet insert, beautifully constructed multiple baffle boxes even heat throughout entire insert no cold toes. Filled out the duvet cover. I have also ordered a bed blanket and some pillowcases to go with my sheets. They allow you to try everything out and return within 30 days even if they are used and washed. How’s that for service! I think unmatched!

So love our sheets and blankets. And they were very helpful with suggesting colors and a return I had.

Not only did Kelly answer me quickly, but, gave me a free throw even when I did not quite meet the amount. The sheets are soooo soft and comfy to sleep in. I never had this quality before, as well as the blankets and pillows. Everything I ordered from B&B is absolutely awesome, will never shop anywhere else.

I contacted boll & branch regarding a fitted sheet that I noticed had a tear in on pocket and so I wanted to know if the sheet could be replaced….. after sending a pic of it… Katie was in touch and said they would replace the entire set…I was very happy as I think their sheets are great to sleep on and best of all they fully covered my mattress! Highly recommend their products. 🤗

Wonderful customer service!!! This company goes above and beyond to help correct issues even after years of use. Knowing how great they are at correcting issues, we will keep buying their sheets. Oh and the sheets are the softest sheets and get better with washing! We can’t wait to get our new set on our bed! TY!

Katie needs a huge raise. I started to say promotion but then she might not be in customer service anymore. When a Company has great people working for them then they become the best in the business. She found me some pillowcases that were not available in a set.

I got my first set of Boll and Branch sheets 4-5 years ago as a Christmas gift. I could never find sheets that weren't a bit scratchy until I got these. Soft, cool, snuggly and comfortable right out of the gate. There're simply the best!
I even got Dad a set...pure white California King!
I happened to make a comment on social media about how my fitted sheet ripped recently. Not only did B&B customer service reach out to me about how they could help make it right, but then they offered to replace the sheet...even though I had already ordered a new sheet set!
Imagine...customer service that comes TO YOU asking how they can help...and then offering and making a terrific solution?!

Boll & Branch has absolutely the best customer service in any industry. They were able to solve my issue in a very quick fashion. Shout out to Katie!! I will continue to them to purchase sheets and towels. Absolutely the best!!!

I've owned my split-king B&B sheets for about 1.5 years. I'm leaving a review now because I need to buy a spare set for us and another set for our queen guest bed, and I'm hesitating to buy B&B again despite the fact that their feel and quality are 11/10. Why? The sheets are significantly too big. I've put up with it and tucked, retucked, and retucked them again all this time (every day) for that reason. At the ouset, the package description alluded to them fitting better after they were washed. So rather than return them or enquire, I decided to give them a chance. Then, after washing and trying to shrink them, I essentially thought they could no longer be returned, and I was stuck. Our mattresses are heavenly, manufactured by Amerisleep, and so I just want a great-fitting set of sheets that are as comfy as B&B. Help?

Best sheets ever! They are the only ones I sleep on now. Your customer service is amazing, and we will certainly be customers for life.

The quality of these sheets are poor! After 3 months of washing the sheets the top part (5 inches) starts coiling up and then you cannot stop it from coiling. It wears out the sheets. Then after 2 years you need to replace them because the rip where your feet are. Two separate beds two separate people and the rip in the exact same spot. They did not honor their 5 year warranty.

In addition to having excellent products, Boll & Branch offers impeccable customer service. Marianne C. in particular is exceptional and worked tirelessly to help me resolve a very complicated issue caused by a botched delivery team. Even though the problem wasn’t caused by B&B, Marianne made it her mission to help fix it, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I absolutely love everything I’ve purchased from them and highly recommend this company.

The Signature Hemmed sheet collection is the perfect balance - some crispness as with Percale, but with a softer feel. I’ve been looking for something that felt like hotel quality, and this is it! Plus, they are made from organic cotton. After a trial run, bought more to replace other sheets. These are the best!

Excellent customer service with my issue surrounding towels I received and were damaged due to using Clean detergent strips. I started using Clean detergent strips from Canada because the ingredients are cancer free. I used them for the first time on my “special towels” from Boll & Branch. I was horrified when I took them out of the washer. The towel dye apparently wasn’t happy and streaks were the result. The sheet sets were fine so no worries with sheets. Kelly from customer service saw the pictures I sent and immediately took care of the issue. I am so relieved! Due to 110% customer service I will continue purchasing Boll & Branch products. I will NOT continue using Clean detergent strips.

10 out of 10. My husband has to sell me on the sheets given the cost point. He surprised me with them as a Christmas present and now I can never go back to normal sheets. Other sheets just don’t compare. Unfortunately, we had an issue with a set ripping after just a year, but their customer service team was extremely helpful and offered to replace the set at no cost.

We had an issue and customer service resolved it promptly. Best sheets I've ever slept on and I plan to remain a loyal customer.

We have been purchasing our sheets from Boll and Branch for the last several years. They are the most comfortable sheets we have ever owned, and they have lasted for several years. We just purchased a comforter set last year and have been so pleased with all of their products. Their Customer Service is outstanding!
We will continue to purchase their products.

I've been buying their sheets for years, after hearing an ad on the radio and checking them out, and I've always been very happy with the sheets. I just got another king sheet set, and then decided to try one of their bathrobes as my old one wore out.

Their men's Turkish cotton robe is excellent. It's luxurious and incredibly comfortable.
