I purchased 2 Intellipost bollards from bollard security 18 months ago. The initial process was quick and efficient. Unfortunately the experience has been tragic ever since. Intellipost fit the bollards for us, they were fit badly from the get go. This was rectified but the bollards were breaking very frequently taking 5-10 days to fix each time meaning the bollards that we’d paid near £4K for were basically not protecting our drive. Intellipost have refunded the cost price to bollard security- unfortunately bollard security have left me hanging. I have been without bollards since December I’m £4K out of pocket and Richard is not answering my calls. We are within our warranty but have been repeatedly fobbed off. Very very poor experience- have never dealt with any other company like this.

My firm appointed Bollard Security to remove our old car park security barriers and install new automatic bollards. From the outset, I had complete confidence in Richard and his team’s ability to deliver, and they didn’t let me down. The design, planning, and installation were all carried out to our meticulous and challenging timescales.
From the comfort of my office chair, I could see just how hard the team worked, putting in long hours to keep the project on track. It was genuinely impressive to watch. I want to express my thanks to Richard, Kenny, Josh, and the rest of the Bollard Security team for their hard work and professionalism throughout.

Unbelievable experience - Richard couldn’t have been more accommodating in getting me the right product. Kenny and the team on site were master craftsman with our cobbled driveway and a couple of cups of tea later they got all done in day, including worked past sunset to get it done.

What a great find! My car was sadly stolen a few weeks ago and we started to look for a security bollard. I tend not to use companies I find on the internet and prefer recommendations from friends or family, however; no one knew anyone who could do this well, so I took a chance on Bollard Security… and I am thankful I did!

Richard (owner and customer liaison) is fantastic, genuine (hard to find with trades people), understanding and professional at all times! This was also the case with the fitter, who was clean, diligent and took pride in the work.

I was impressed with the company’s website, choosing and purchasing the right bollard was simple and straightforward. Ash, the boss, and Richard were very helpful in arranging a suitable time and date for installation and Frank, a member of the installation team, was particularly helpful and courteous. The product is excellent and Ash even provided an upgrade for the same price, the installation was very professionally done and left neat and tidy. They’re obviously a busy company, in high demand, so, there were a couple of delays in the agreed arrival time and Cal, one of the installers was not very cooperative but, overall, they have my recommendation.

Richard the owner was very helpful and friendly in initial discusions on the Eco Rise bollards.
Josh and Stephen (the insallers) turned up on the dot at the time they advised they would.
They were friendly, efficient and did an excellent tidy job in installing 2 Eco Rise bollards.

Making a decision regarding any construction or installation around the house is not easy. An attempt by thieves to steal my car was made but happily that was unsuccessful. Hence bollard installation was recommended by the car dealers.
I shopped around and contacted several installers of such equipment. I got confused by slagging and getting contradictory advice and even criticism of competitors of amongst installers. In the end I put my faith and trust in Bollard Security. I spoke to Richard, the proprietor of the company. I found him straight talking and seem genuine person to deal with. He was open, fair and transparent.
The bollards were installed by another partner of the company called Kenneth. He was thorough and professional in his job.
In a nutshell, I have no hesitation in recommending Bollard Security and please do not listen to criticism and the “proof will be in pudding”.

I made an enquiry with Bollard Security on Saturday and the owner was very helpful, giving me advice on how many bollards I would need etc. They were fitted within 3 days of my call. Ryan who did the work was also knowledgeable taking real care over the job and worked hard to complete the installation. If you take your security seriously for your cars I would give these a call. A thoroughly professional service all round. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I have a passion for cars and look after them. I had several layers of security placed on my car and some unknowns attempted to steal it from my drive. They gave it a good go but failed. Shortly after I sold the car and shortly will take delivery of one that I know will get lots of attention from undesirables ( you get my drift).
I decided to further increase my car security and decided to purchase a bollard. I carried out due diligence, did A LOT of research and decided to give Bollard Security a ring. I spoke to Richard and as you read the reviews you know you are dealing with both a " top end" company and an absolute wonderful human being. Honest as the day is long, business ethics to die for and customer focused beyond believe. His advice was based around my stated needs and I did the deal there and then. We mutually agreed an installation date and the installers ( Josh and Ste) turned up this morning. They had the courtesy to text me to say they were running slightly late and arrived at 0930. Very engaging guys who listened as to what I wanted, did their preparation and got started. Around about an hour or so later I went out to inspect quality workmanship ( honestly) and a totally QUALITY product. The bollard passed all my expectations regarding build quality and looks. The guys took time to explain how to operate the lock and post mechanisms, how to maintain it ( one minute every two weeks) and departed for their next assignment. A PERFECT INSTALL.
I would not hesitate to recommend Richard's company ( BOLLARD SECURITY) to Family and friends and anyone else who wants a fantastic customer experience and product. Superb. If you read this review prior to purchasing a bollard I may have saved you a shed load of research!!

There was a bit of a hiccup with the installation date to begin with but this was swiftly dealt with and the office stayed in close contact with me. The installation team was very friendly and efficient and quality of finish excellent. They washed down my drive on completion.
