Never received my order, contacted bolo with no response. It’s a scam.

BOLOWORLD IS A SCAM. They never ship anything out. They delete comments and don’t answer emails.

I bought this in December 2024
After a whole year still haven’t got it (it’s March 2026 rn)
I DM’ed them, spammed their comments, emailed them and I did in fact get a response - but it was bullshit.
They told me to place another order and gave me a code that made the plushies free on the website - but I had already paid 20$ for international shipping a year ago and the website said i still need to pay the shipping.
I DM’ed them several times about this and haven’t gotten a response ever since.
I could risk it but after seeing people not get their orders and me having to wait a year and spam their comments for a response, I’m not giving them anymore money.
DO NOT buy from them.
They may be the original founder, but it’s better to buy it from a different company that makes worse quality plushies but from a company that actually sends out their orders.
This is ridiculous and the owner should be arrested for fraud

Scammers. Emailed them a couple of times and then I saw how many people write in the comments about them not receiving anything. Haven’t gotten any update in a month. They don’t answer my emails either. Do not buy from this ”store”.

I did not receive my order. Left several emails die to no contact number and not 1 response. According to shop it was delivered then the status changed to awaiting details. This order was placed in Dec 25 as a Christmas gift 🤨

Please do not buy from this store. It is unacceptable. I’ve spent hundred OVER dollars on the items that did not arrive after a year. Enough is enough.I know this happened to other people as well. So do not buy from this store. I am extremely frustrated and this matter NEEDS to be taken seriously. I hope you shut the company down because it is simply a scam. SCAM.

Ordered a month ago, still haven't got. Do NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I’d give it no stars. Ordered on the 12th of December as a Christmas gift, no update at all and I’ve attempted to contact multiple times. I payed $50 altogether ($20 EXPRESS shipping, which states 3-5 days) and I’m disgusted and don’t even want the thing anymore. I’m going to do everything I can to actually get in touch with someone.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Ordered a plush from them and it took nearly two months to receive it (I feel grateful to have even got it in that span of time because I’ve seen so many other people who have waited 6+ months with no updates). My order was a much lower quality and differed in many features from what they advertised online. They do not offer refunds and their shipping promises of anywhere between 1-5 days is more like months and years. I would never roll the dice with this brand again. Also these are made and shipped from China.

Scam, do not buy from them. I don’t know who they send their inventory to, but it’s not it’s customers. I never received my order and never got a response from their customer service team. I’m on the phone right now disputing it with my bank.

I am writing another review as a follow-up to my previous review. I still have not received my item that was ordered on November 21st. No response to any of the emails. I am very disappointed.
I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so at no one else will get scammed like I did.

Paid for item, no emails, no shipping, no nothing. But they still have my money. This was a gift, so disappointing.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! What a scam! I wish I came here before I hit purchase. I placed an order 11/13/24 and it’s 12/19/24 and it says Preparing to Ship. I’ve emailed 3 times asking for an update on when I will receive the package and I received 1 response simply stating, “few more weeks” what a SCAM!!

I feel so robbed. I ordered the Billie Eilish pushie in June, 2024. Today is December 14, 2024 and no delivery, no answers to 6 emails. I will just have to dispute with my bank to get my hard earned money back from these SCAMMERS!
