I was contacted by McGlynn Personnel about a few job opportunities, I made an appointment to speak to Elliott, he was very professional but also easy to talk to. We went through my cv and Elliott rearranged it to make it look a lot easier on the eye and point out my key skills, my cv was sent to 6 company’s the same day. A couple of days later I had an interview which was supported by Elliott setting up a teams meeting and introducing all parties. The good news is I got an offer only about a week after first speaking with Elliott, he found me the perfect placement. We’ve spoken since then too to keep the relationship going and support me in my needs. I highly recommend McGlynn Personnel, one of the best agency’s I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Elliot Bolton is probably one of the most disrespectful agency staff I have ever spoken to, asked for details, and when I tried to clarify, he just hung up mid-explanation. So far, one of the most entitled and dismissive people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with.

Edit after seeing the reply: I must say that is the most blatant lie I've ever heard, 1st I was as polite and civil as possible given the circumstances, secondly I was never even informed that the call was being recorded, a call that was a last-second change without informing me as I was lead to believe the interview would be a Microsoft Teams meeting before I got a call. Thirdly, I never recall shouting at him or being disrespectful, as I was being insulted, I tried to explain that I had no clear answer for something, I was simply hung up on without a word. Lastly, as a person with Autism, I must say that this agency is the worst and most insulting I've ever seen, personally I hope I never have to interact with them again.

Within half an hour of our initial call Elliot had secured me an interview for the job I’ve now accepted. Can’t recommend Bolt-On Personnel enough for those in the Engineering sector.

Couldn’t be more helpful

This was our first experience of using Bolt-On Recruitment. We were looking to recruit for a senior role in our organisation. Elliott quickly sent us three possible candidates, one of them has since received an offer from us and I am pleased to say, has accepted. They are thorough with research and offer a friendly, supportive, professional service. Up-dates were regular and welcome, Elliot was easy to contact, including outside of regular office hours. I would recommend them and not hesitate to use them again.

Company Director Elliott Bolton is rude, derogatory and gives the impression of having a sense of entitlement. Not helpful.
