Our experience in Thailand was excellent complement to Bolt! I have no hesitation in recommending them when they are in Thailand and surrounding! Date used （from 14th April 2026 to 20th April 2026）！

To be honest, I was not expecting that I will write a bad review about this company, because I thought they operate here in Malaysia to make the customer avoid the bad service of grab, but looks like they are the same, I ordered a driver and waited for him for 20 minutes,3 minutes to reach home, he cancelled the order, I don’t understand why, I mean he was almost there, and he wasted my time, bolt wasted my time and stole my money, and I went to work very late, that I hade to clarify the situation to my boss. So bad company, scammers

I think at it could be more kindly. Not always yours drivers will help with bagage.
More gentelmen will BOLT need.

We’ve used Bolt every day of our holiday. The cars arrive within minutes, the drivers are polite and friendly and happy to chat, or allow you to sit back quietly and enjoy the scenery. Our rides have not been expensive and it’s been a joy to travel with them!

The price Isn't so real. The 5€ never back on my count

I highly recommend Bolt when visiting Thailand. Short wait times and excellent reliability. They also give rewards for regular travel. Great way to see Thailand.

But hit and miss finding a driver at times

Good service, east to use app

The cars aren't very clean, but they're cheap, and sometimes you don't get change from cash. But overall, everything's fine in Georgia

Bolt is convenient and fair priced and rides are extremely reliable. They give cheap or vip transport options . The app is really usable and reliable and gives updates on the time your transport will arrive.

I paid 399 Kč for a ride in Prague. The driver did not greet me, did not communicate (no Czech or English), and showed no basic level of professionalism. The service was clearly below minimum standards.
What was even worse was the support from Bolt. My case was passed between multiple agents with no continuity, and I received only repeated scripted responses with no real attempt to resolve the issue.
The outcome? A 10 Kč compensation for a 399 Kč ride. This is not a serious or proportionate response.
No accountability, no real customer care — just poor service and poor handling.

Today I found that they charge the driver 45% commission which is incredibly unfair.

Be on time Wenever I booked bolt

In experience I have always had great value with bolt your price is to a point and the drivers are always willing to help.

Car that arrived was not the car specified on the app and the driver was not the driver either. I witnessed the same thing for a colleague at the hotel yesterday. Very clear in the app the location and road I wanted to be dropped off at and the driver - who had no idea where he was going - dropped me at a different road behind it necessitating a 10 minute walk in the sun (because there was no way through to the address I requested) in a city I am broadly unfamiliar with. When I realised it wasn't the right place the driver asked me to pay again. Bolt needs to take some responsibility and make sure this doesn't happen (it seems to care only of revenue rather than safety). Poor.
