No customer service
My boy attended the Spanish lessons at winstanley primary for over 3 years. He has now stopped as he wasn't progressing as each new term pupil arrives he found he was back at the beginning again. What is more alarming after being what I thought a valuable member no contact to me on why we said no for the 4th year.

Hi Daniel, I'm very sorry to receive this review. As a club that operates throughout the year in the school your son attends, we try very hard to integrate new pupils in to a class and this sometimes does include revision of basic principles with the whole group, which is also a vital part of learning a language on an ongoing basis. When the balance is upset between existing and new members it is difficult to address the balance immediately so I'm sorry if you felt your son wasn't progressing but we do try our best to always teach new topics and keep both long-attending and new members happy and excited to attend.
We are always very open to receiving parent feedback, and if we had had feedback from you during his attendance or even at the point of cancellation, we would have addressed this with the teacher so she could have chance to adjust what she was doing. Unfortunately for us, you did not provide this or any feedback through usual channels (text/email/face to face) to us, so we had no chance to address this with you in private.
When you cancelled your child's enrolment, you received an email instantly that confirmed the cancellation and asks you for any feedback you had. Perhaps you didn't notice this, however we are more than happy to talk to you about this if your son wants to try attending again. We really appreciate you allowing your child to attend for 3 happy years up to that point and apologise again for the service you feel was lacking.
