Just back from a trip to New Zealand organised by Bolton Travel. Very well organised. Prashant was always at hand to provide help and guidance whenever required. He has excellent customer relations skills, polite and attentive.
Would recommend without hesitation.

Just wanted to make a special mention for Prince and Sebi from Bolton travel who helped me book a memorable trip to Benaras . Fantastic choice of hotels and arrangements of local airport for pick up and drop off.
In particular I want to mention the proactive involvement of Prince who informed me well in advance my night flight was cancelled by Indigo and Prince seamlessly changed us onto to the earlier Vistara flight. We received the refund from Indigo promptly and only paid the difference . All this was done in 15 minutes.
Without Prince being so swift we would have had to spend an extra night in Benaras.
When doing any holidays in India because of the precarious nature of internal flights which get cancelled at short notice without any compensation I would always use a local agent and in that recommend Bolton travel and the team Sebi, Prince and the rest . Salute to them

Sebi is a charming gentleman. He has been organising our holidays for a long time. He is very reliable, approachable and relay on him if and when necessary. Our recent trip to Africian subcontinent visiting Johannesburg, krugor, victoria falls, chobe and okavanga national parks in Botswana has been excellent. The overall trip was excellent. There were a couple of glitches and this has been addressed in minutes. This shows that the company and in particular Sebi cares about his customers. I Strongly recomend him and his company. He are planning to somewhere next year and will definitely look forward for bolton travels to arrange our trip

Went to Vietnam and Combodia for two weeks with Bolton Travels. Very well organised, attention to detail, Members of the travel team attended to any queries and needs immediately. very comfortable coach and guide, made sure we saw most things. Time given for shopping too.
Excellent comfortable hotels with a lot of character. Plenty of food choice.
Lot of entertainment packed in. Would recommend this Tavel Company always.

Arranged best possible holidays for a group of over 150 people -some over 80, some in wheel chairs and some exploding with energy and kept them all in good spirits and facilitated to let them get on well with each other. Excellent hotels, meals and transport. Lots of celebrations.

Every little detail was taken care of- we were in a large group of 150 people- Bolton travel team members were personally present through out the trip of Vietnam and Cambodia to ensure all was going well- can’t thank you guys enough- nothing was too much trouble

We had a lovely smooth fantabulous 14 day trip to Vietnam ( Ho Chin Min, Hanoi, Da Nang ) & Cambodia.
We are taking lovely memories of the holiday which was facilitated by Bolton travels from beginning to end.

We attended BIDA conference in Vietnam. The conference was for two days then visit around Vietnam and Cambodia. There were dinners, lunches and breakfast oncluded for whole trip. Welcome dinner, gala dinner and farewell dinners were also included. Pick up and drop offs to the airport including domestic flights were all arranged. Transport, hospitality and care provided by Bolton travel was simply amazing. It is not possible to get such personalised care by Bolton travel team. There were approximately 160 people and everyone got excellent care. On our way back to Manchester we are staying at Singapore Marina Bay Sands recommended and arranged by Bolton travel which we requested as an extra for us. It is again an amazing experience.
We convey our gratitude to the Bolton travel team for brilliantly looking after arranging nearly three weeks tour including excursions in luxury coaches and taxis.
We would highly recommend anyone to use Bolton travel for family holidays or mega functions to experience amazing experiences and their hospitality. They are superb value for money.

Attention to detail at every stage. Helpful beyond words - from choosing flight and hotel options to designing an itinerary to suit a hugely diverse group of 150+ people. All done with a professional team approach. Would highly recommend.

Went to the wrong place to pick us up for transfer to the airport.
Didn't check on arrival time coming home. So we had to wait for them to leave home to pick us up for over 30+ minutes. Wouldn't use them again
