Inflexible approach to postal charges

Inflexible approach to postal charges. I made an error in purchasing one washer instead of two and when contacting the customers support service there was no realistic consideration for the a reduced postage when to extra item cost £0.86. So it was pay the postage charge as £7.14 or go elsewhere.
Conclusion…..Go to a another supplier.
