They have owed me product for like 10 months. Heather just tells you what you want to hear and Susan (Owner) should go to jail for fraud. I have the Attorney Generals Office of Arkansas pursuing them legally. Jump in and get your name on the lawsuit.
I ordered. Boltz took my money (more than $300). I waited for more than a year due to "parts not arriving". I finally requested a refund a year ago--I'm still waiting.
If you order from Boltz, be prepared to say Goodbye to your money and to receive nothing in return.
Wouldn't even give them the one star. They took my money and never delivered the product. Still waiting for my refund. Contacted the BBB and the Arkansas Attorney General with no luck. Steer clear.
Do not use this company. They will charge you and then tell you your product is backordered. After months of waiting and receiving nothing, when asked for a refund they will not refund your money.
These people are thieves. Plain and simple. Don't be fooled by their "friendly" emails. They'll do that, they'll get you to order and then you will never receive the goods. What you WILL receive instead is thousands of excuses explaining why they never fulfill their empty promises for delivery. They will use any excuse, from "chain supply issues" to whatever comes to mind (Heather will be your only point of contact...). My order was placed and 7 months later I'm still waiting to get the goods. Asked for a refund and weeks later I'm still waiting for ANY communication from their "accounting department" (I don't think they even have a business structure, just a bunch of people taking advantage of customers). They boost their product as Proudly Made in the USA... Don't fall for that either.
I have reported them to the BBB, and filed complaints with Indiana and Arkansas Attorney General Offices.
People like this should not be allowed to have a business. They use their business as a front to steal from people.
