Having troubles reaching ANYONE. Order was paid in full and shipped last month, I call UPS and they said the sender has a hold on it?! Ummm, why? Seems pretty scam-ish. Won’t order from them again if this isn’t handled properly. Horrible customer service support. I met the owners at a B2B event, you’d think they would be more professional.
I ordered from this company on the 11th. I’m still waiting on a replacement for the other order which was continually sent to the wrong location. It may be here on the 10th, which means it only took a month. With bomb’s awful customer care and responses it’s made the process that much more tedious. I hope I get the rig only took a month but it doesn’t make up for the bad business practices that took place. I will never order a product from bomb again no matter how great the rig is. It only took a complaint to BBB to get them to respond. Awful company, worst online purchasing experience I’ve ever had.
I have been waiting weeks for my product!!! They’ll charge your card then refuse to communicate until you leave reviews. Extremely bad business I would be weary to send your money to a business that doesn’t care about their clients how risky. My items still haven’t shipped from September 30th and I still have yet to find out if I’m even getting it! I literally just need an atomizer for my rig and they can’t even handle that or communicate or conduct good fair honest business. BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST TREATMENTS I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS.
Ordered an erig from them and it arrived on time and works amazingly. Will definitely be coming back when needed
I bought the hourglass recycler and it leaks. I can't use it or it will ruin my device. I've sent in a video and receipt as requested and I've never heard back from anyone. It shouldn't take days to address a customer. I definitely won't be buying anything else here. They don't seem to care about their customers. P.S. - Since this review they finally contacted by stating "It's out of warranty. You should just buy a new one." - Just wow....never will be buying anything from this place again, I promise you that.
