I would like to highly recommend this company. They are very decent, straightforward and efficient. They had to visit the property twice and so far so good. No more mice. They are very dependable and intelligent. They know the business and do it well. I was very happy with their service.

Considering pest control is a topic that I would never really want to speak about, Kam & Gabriel have made this whole experience as positive as it could be. I really appreciate what seemed to be genuine care to sort the problem (in my case mouse) and came back several times as needed. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had an urgent pest issue in a tenant's flat recently, when a large rat jumped through an open window, terrifying the tenant. The speed and efficiency of the pest control team I called were outstanding. They arrived within an hour and quickly resolved the situation by catching the rat .

Their rapid response and effective resolution of the problem were truly commendable. I am very grateful for their prompt action and for the reassurance and advice they gave the tenant. It is good to know that there are such reliable pest control experts just a phone call away. A big thank you for the excellent work.

Very responsive, informative and visit scheduled promptly. Visit was made on a Sunday (very practical) and the issue , though not the one initially thought, was still resolved on the spot. Highly recommended!

Bon Accord dealt with the rats in my house very efficiently and within a couple of days they had all been dispatched. It was a great service I would highly recommend. They also installed a device on the drain to prevent any future visitors!

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I had bed bugs in one of the bedrooms, they first sprayed on 2nd July, then 23rd July and 2nd August. We are new to this so we had no idea that it should be gone in the first treatment. After each spray they told us to wait for 2 weeks but it just worsened and bites got worser. After we got professional Heat treatment done they told us that this company used cheap flea spray which actually disturbed the bed bugs not kill them which is why it spread to the other rooms!!! Also, they had complaints from other customers of theirs who used Bon Accord and were having the same issue.
Such a waste of money and was really mentally draining and traumatising for my children who had to go through this nightmare and they knew this!
They wouldn’t refund us after all this trauma and they wanted to spray 4th time which is a joke and by now I have lost faith in them.

Gabriel was very nice and efficient. He gave me genuine advice despite this not always being in his commercial interest.
Overall I would really recommend him and the Bon Accord firm!

Bon Accord offered a wonderful service, quite accurate and professional. Gabriel came twice and the situation now is very much improved. He told us he will be back once more to double check that everything is ok: his assistance is really great!

Hi . Really happy with the services you guys provided . The guy came to my flat because we had some mouses issues . He founded pretty quickly where they were coming from , blocked everything that need too and also put the mousetrap everywhere to be able to catch just incase if we had more . We couldn't recommend Gabriel more! Upon spotting a mouse, I messaged Bon Accord and within 24 hours Gabriel had already visited our place & put a plan in action to get rid of the issue. He has since had to visit a couple of times as the issue was quite bad, but each time the communication has been 100%. Gabriel is a lovely professional guy and won't stop until the job is done.
