Good platform for USA sellers
The platform is very easy and convenient to use. Support times are normally within 2 days and very helpful. I gave 4 stars is only because the platform is more build for American sellers, some settings can be rather confused for sellers outside USA as well as buyers inside USA. We received our first order one week after landing on the platform which is rather good for a seller outside USA with some disadvantages compared to the local sellers. We wish the platform getting better and better internationally.

I continue to get great new customers from Bonanza! I continue to sell my handcrafted products from my Bonanza booth. I have enjoyed bonanza for several years now.
The worst service for seller
I'm a seller and registered on Bonanza to sell my product. I spent a day to upload the listings. The next day I found that I can not log into my account, it throws me to the main page. I wrote to the support and they answered, that I can no longer use their site. So they kicked me out without any email or explaining the reason! My further questions were not answered by support.
So Far so Good
I was a little apprehensive when I read the myriad of bad reviews. I have not had a sale yet as I have only been on site a few days but the contact with the administration has been excellent. I have had questions to which they responded to promptly. I look forward to a positive experience going forward.
Bonanza is just that for scammers
Bonanza is just that for scammers! I have ordered maybe 80-100 orders via another marketplace site with only 1 other issue ever. With Bonanza however, I was scammed with my first order. The seller submitted a tracking # that was delivered months before I placed an order. The seller responded once that he would look into it. Bonanza took no responsibility and shunted me off to PayPal to make a claim through their process. Bonanza never responded to the unshipped order. Then they closed the claim without taking any action and said the claim could not be reopened or escalated. They are not interested in you getting the product that you paid for or customer service at all apparently.

I have contacted Customer Service several times and they have responded within 24 hours. In my opinion that is within a reasonable time. They were able to answer my questions with easy to understand instructions. I recommend Bonanza's team because they were very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience!
