Bonapart immobilier 

I don't recommend them, they will ask you to pay 350 euros upfront fees to help you find a place, this I find very tricky, what if they don't find a convenient place for you, what happens to the fees??? They should also display this upfront fees on their website so that people don't waste their precious time coming down to their office. Hiding such fees shows that the company lacks transparency. So guys be careful when dealing with them.

Paid €400 months ago, and nothing to show for it since - no visits, only 3 apartments all in an area I told them that I didn't want to live. Good way to get rid of €400 if you don't need it.

I was asked to pay a fee of 299 euro upfront. I was informed by colleagues prior not to pay a fee like this until a place is found, as this is a common scam in France.

I am an international student and finding accommodation here in Paris is not easy. In my quest to find a housing, BonApart contacted me. In just a span of two weeks, I was able to secure my keys. I am disappointed with Bonapart. They could only suggest 4 options of housing in my requested criteria in over a month, and none of those homeowners reached out. I even visited their office to discuss the issue with my agent, but he wasn't available and neither called me back. I also lost my agency fee.

I arrived in Paris and was referred by a friend to go with Bonapart to find a flat to rent. I had Gabriel assisting me he was really good and spoke English which really help as I don’t speak French. Once I had all my documents the process was easy and was able to find a flat to my liking, highly recommend this agency.

It was an excellent experience, I loved the options and especially my Apartment choice, the Bonapart Paris 9 agency knows how to do its job Especially my selection agent Mehdi and I don't regret anything, I was well attended and all in a professional, light and pleasant way.

Since I am a person who does not speak French. When I went to them, I chose several available apartments and they said that you must pay first so that we can organize visits, and after that I no longer heard anything from them. They only send text messages to the phone number but do not provide any other information on how to contact the owners(most of the time) and when I tried to send them emails. They never answered any of my messages. Then I decided to go to the office located in Paris 3 with my translator. But the employee there was very mean and did not help with anything and said, “This is what we only have.” I do not recommend them at all. It's very sad when you need someone to reply to your messages and you don't find anyone ,knowing that I paid 400 euros in advance.

I am writing this feedback regarding agence Immobilier BonApart.fr. Their office that at the beginning I met them was in Paris 3eme.
in 2019, I was looking for apartment and since I was alone in Paris and I didn't know any person to help me, I finally found them while I was walking into a lot of real state agencies. I told them that I need a place to live in and I am going to start my job in Paris. they showed me a list of apartments and studios as a proof that they have a lot of options. They asked me in the beginning to pay 300 euros and since I was quite tired of looking for apartment, I accepted to pay. In fact they did nothing afterward and when I found a shared apartment under sous-location contract, I asked them to reimburse my money. In their letter they told me they received my letter 7 days later after signing of the contract and Since in their contract it is mentioned if their client can find a place to live in less than 24h, they have to reimburse the 300euors. So they told me it is not possible to pay back my money . Also they claimed in their letter that they sent me some offers in SMS while I never received any sms regarding offers. Then I found a place and I signed the contract. then I physically went to their office twice and told them I want to cancel and get reimbursed. They told me they just need the time to get reimbursed.
After some weeks they told me they cannot reimburse the money since the insurance of my apartment was under the name of the person that hired it. I had a sous-location contract with her. But in their contract it was not mentioned. I just wanted to give a feedback since I don't want anyone else to have the same experience.
