Timely tickets without delay and on the dates required

I sent a message to Brian as I had seen all of the fantastic message's he had recieved in returning Australians home.
I sent the message before going to bed here in the UK. I outlined my timeline and departure airport and arrival preferences.
When I woke in the morning I had a reply with a flight he had found for me. Myself and my family are so happy and grateful to Brian. I can have Christmas with my children and grandchildren ✈🍾

We worked with Brian and overall had a great booking experience through him. Some response times seemed a bit long, but managed to get the dates we needed and even booked a last minute return for my wife and son! The flight to our destination was nearly flawless as was my return journey. Brian included all the necessary information (i.e. - visa, covid test, declarations, etc) to ensure a smooth transit journey. Unfortunately, we hit a snag with my wife and son's return journey home but it wasn't due to Bonaventure. We would highly recommend and book with Brian in the future!

Brian Conway did a brilliant job of organising a return flight for me from the UK to Australia in March during the Covid crisis. His job was not made any easier with all my indecisiveness and stress of travelling at such a time. He kept me informed of government requirements in all countries and pointed me to all the necessary websites which certainly made my travels a lot easier.
