The handbag I ordered looked nothing like the photos online. It looked cheap so I returned it. If you are in the UK please be warned if you don't like the product you have ordered, that the returns address is in Norway! It cost me just shy of £20 to return it and you are charged postage for it being sent. There was nothing on their website warning customers you would have to pay for an international returns. I would never buy anything again from them.

Me and a friend of mine ordered a bag each. Mine didn't arrive and my friend's did after almost 2 months and the quality is not worth the price.

They drop ship from Temu/AliExpress. You can reverse image search the exact bag. Do not buy from them. There are other Reddit posts about them as well.

This is the second bag i have purchased. My friends loved my bag. So I bought one for my friends birthday. Ordering easy delivery fast. Would highly recommend

Terrible returns policy. The bag looked good on the website but in reality it's ugly and bulky. The actual bag to put things in (which is hidden in the middle of all the gold banding) is so tiny it would be full with one phone. The bag itself seems well made and maybe its just my taste but I thought it looked awful. The real problem though is the returns policy. The website says "hassle free returns", thats not the case. Again, maybe I didnt read the small print but I didnt realise the bags were sent from Norway. The bag cost £26 + £3 shipping. To return it would cost minimum of £14 postage. They did give me the option of taking a 40% refund and keeping the bag, which I agreed to. So I will get £10.40 back and the bag is going to the charity shop. I wont be using this company again.

I still didn’t receive the order as I ordered that only yesterday But it seems their service is prompt . Yet to receive the goods . For the 4 items I ordered

The bags looks classy and elegant even though am yet to receive them, but am hopeful that they’ll meet my expectations.

After placing my order I received a confirmation email, 2 days later I received an email with shipment details and tracking information.
I received my order of a backpack, which was the correct one, in perfect order within 2 weeks.

Two bags I purchased look and feel cheap. They both feel like light cardboard. They don’t look like the picture online at all. Almost looked like children’s purses.

The ordering process is very user friendly. The bags are described well. The bags themselves are quite nice, make a great impression and are fun to wear.
