This company is based in China and it takes an age to get your bag.

The "5-year" guarantee is misleading. The bag I purchased was poor quality and started to come apart within a week. I was told I could order a replacement bag once, however, the ones I wanted were conveniently out if stock so customer service said "...if you prefer not to proceed with an alternative, we will consider this matter close."

Why would I choose any old bag that I don't like? I've asked for a refund, but they won't accept that. I'd be happy to return the poor quality item, at their cost, for a full refund.

Please avoid these scammers at all costs.

Run away from that scam compagny. The goods are not delivered. I have asked multiple times to cancel the order as the goods were still in the factory. Everytime they sent a wrong track number. My order is still not fully delivered . It’s been more than 2 months. Despite all the email, no delivery.

Great choice of product at a reasonable price

Their return service is very poor. You have to return to Norway. I bought a bag which had a faulty zip. I have had to send numerous emails with videos of the zip for them just refund me for the item. Not prepared it seems to refund postage which is £15 to Norway. I think they should be clearer on this. Such a pretty bag, but in my view a cheap zip which is too big for the bag & doesn’t work.

My bags didn’t even arrive in a box. They arrived wrapped up in loads of tape around a shipping bag. The purses stunk and were squished. I’ve had to put bubble wrap and paper inside them to get them shaped. I’m waiting on another bag and don’t plan on ordering more, ever. Quality of the bags suck and so does the packaging.

Good day I was told my order will arrive in 7 days so bought the bags.The day before my email said it will arrive the day but didn’t.I sent an email and it was an automated response.When my sister bag arrived it smelt like crayfish and came late as well. It is really disappointing to buy a bag that isnt cheap and have no set day of arrival

I bought a handbag, after only a few weeks the leather started to peel off. I contacted customer service who dealt with the issue and sent a replacement bag straight away. Very happy with the company and customer services. I will have no hesitation in buying again.

Love the quality of these handbags along with the fact they are vegan leather so kind to the environment also good quality product for a great price.

Bag brought in feb, by early April handle keeps falling off. Replacement offered declined to refund as had more than 7 days. Item is faulty and not fit for purpose. Used only at weekend in this period of time. Awaiting replacement to see if happens again
