dresses were made of polyester, the cut was minimal ,no pleats, length and print differed, return cost 80-100$au to CHINA. lots of emails prior to delivery - crickets after i wrote for a refund . last reply i quote " many customers choose to keep the item and either gift it, resell it, or repurpose it, the choice is yours. "

Company is a cheap chinese online shop using an Australian name.
The dress I purchased was not as described, made very poorly and of polyester not cotton.
The so called Sales or closing down are a complete Fraud.
Returns are impossible and customer service a waste of time.

DODGY AS!! Gave 1 star only because there is no option for ZERO stars. Clothing items not as advertised - eg advertised as cotton, but item received is made from cheap polyester; structured styles images but item received looks like a sack - and must return to China at a cost of $80-$100.
This company is an absolute scam. They are not in Australia and They say they have a 90 day money back guarantee but when contacted about substandard product and requesting a refund. I got told ( after copious emails ) that shipping to return it was $60-80 as company is in Asia and then no agreement to refund the purchase cost it seems 10-20% at most.
The dress was not as shown in advert and material was not as described , dress cut completely wrong - junk

Dreadful company to deal with. Not based in Brisbane at all. Cheap fabric and dreadful cut. Quoted AUD80-100 for postage to return item.
Offered 10% of purchase as refund instead of sending back.

Terrible customer service. Somehow the order went through with a very old address in a different state. Messaged them straight away multiple times to ask if they could change it. Tried calling but the australian mobile number is bogus and they are based in china not australia . Messaged me a couple of days after shipping to say sorry too late. This is un-australian obviously .
My item took literally weeks to arrive and looked nothing like the dress in the photo. The fabric was cheap and tacky looking and probably cost about $2 to make. Ugliest dress I have ever seen.
