Would give 0 if I could! Scam website selling cheap knock offs. Refuses to refund even though item is faulty with screws sticking out of barrel and not the quality that is advertised. Cheap plastic items! Breaching consumer laws not giving me a refund and going round in circles with “Lizzy” from customer service. Avoid at all costs!!

This company is Bondi Curls Sydney trading under another name. Even though it says Bondi Hair Sydney, these products are drop shipped from China and are not designed in Australia as claimed. The products are not compliant with Australian regulations as they have not been tested and certified to comply with Australian standards for domestic electrical appliances and could be unsafe. The 60 day money back guarantee will not be honoured. When you try to claim they will refer you to their refund policy which only provides for an in store credit. When they only sell products that are non-compliant, then the store credit is worthless. They claim to have 1,000s of happy customers but this is also false. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS
