I've purchased a few products from.Bondi Boost ( mainly hair care products) and I've been really impressed with the difference these products have made to my hair....there's so many products to use from but their 'bundle packages' are a great idea....formulated for specific hair care concerns.
Their prices are reasonable and their marketing is 'down to earth ' so you don't feel like you're being 'snowballed " into buying things you don't feel 'that you really don't need.
This is a company that legitimately takes time out to listen to ... and to assess and answer any questions you may have.
So besides fantastic hair products, this is a company that treats every client/customer as a friend.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, doesn't have anough power to even pick up and wrap the hair, let alone create anything resembling a curl! My hair is fine so it should be easy, but no.

Turns out I could have gotten the exact same thing on shein for $40.

As with their other cheap alibaba products, looks like they just got the cheapest airwrap styler they could from a factory in china, slapped their logo on it without even testing the thing, and tried to sell it for 10 times the price! What a joke!
Even from first picking it up it felt like chinese crap, and if you're wondering why they don't have any of the specifications about the motor and the number of watts it operates on, that's because they don't want you to know! Should have been a big red flag for me. DO NOT buy this thinking it will be as good as the dyson, shark or restyla which all have 1300w + ... I know people with all 3 of those and they all work great. Thought i was getting a bargain with this one but... nope!
Even worse, they don't even answer my emails or messages, the customer service is a complete joke and this product should be pulled off the shelves. I ended up having to open a chargeback with my bank.This company is a complete scam, buyer beware and stay far, far away!!!
I will be investing in a better airwap styler from a different company and this will be going in the TRASH.

They ignored my shipping address correction that I sent within 3 minutes of placing my order upon receiving their own email request to check my address is correct. They refuse to resend the products or provide any refund.

I’m surprised about all the great reviews which drew me in to buy this rather expensive shampoo and conditioner set. But I like to use something natural with good ingredients.

However these products leave my hair very greasy and I have to wash my hair every day. I tried to persist and used it for a couple of weeks as I know natural products take a bit of time to adjusting, then I tried to mix it with another natural shampoo on and off. But I’ve now given up. It smells nice but that’s about it, what a waste of money.

I have never been so amazed by hair products. I have spent alot of money on high end shampoos, conditioners, masks such as redken,joico,olaplex you name it.
This is by far the best. My hair is dry and nothing worked. This has made my hair soft and shiny. I will be a regular. So happy I found this.

Excellent customer service and products. I hope they maintain their quality and customer approach amidst this unethical and intolerant capitalist opportunist. BB responds with positive attitude whether it's 60 days or 600 days from acquiring their products which now makes me their loyal customer.

I bought 2 bottles of the Procapil Scalp Tonic. The first 2 bottles were not spray bottles, the product was a clear odor free product. It was like applying water. I used those two bottles and ordered two more. The 2 nd two bottles have a distinct odor, came in a spray bottle the product goes on like water but quickly turns my hair gummy and sticky with a wet look. It’s unusable in public. I won’t buy again. The product has a soap like suds. I loved the old product.

Love the tool but it's worth paying a little more for a different one elsewhere, as the quality is really really poor.

A couple of months after buying, the cable started sparking, I unplugged and jiggled it around and it snapped! So flimsy & not to mention dangerous. The company does not have a warranty policy beyond 30 days which is extremely short, most electronics are covered for a year - I've barely had time to use it within 30 days!

Go elsewhere to avoid having to purchase it again after a few months as it's such a good tool.

Ordered exactly two weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. Very fast customer service and always polite, however, I wasn’t aware it would take this amount of time. The tracking still says Royal Mail haven’t received it yet. Very underwhelmed with the delivered I have to be honest. They said they aimed to have them delivered by Christmas but mine wasn’t a Christmas present, it was needed now for a Birthday one- which has now been and gone. Seems there isn’t enough staff to meet the demand. Hopefully it will arrive soon but losing hope.

DO NOT BUY! Ordered during black friday and they still haven't shipped the item! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They're customer service team just copy and paste the same responses.

Customer service were efficient,helpful and extremely quick in replying.
The product I received was well packaged and although I have not used it myself as yet I know my daughter will love it.
Many thanks on replying quickly on a Saturday. Really appreciate it!

Bought the anti dandruff shampoo which isn’t cheap and it makes my hair extremely oily, only way around it is to mix with another shampoo. Will not be spending that amount of money on Bondi boost anti dandruff shampoo again! So bad.

Worse then really cheap shampoo and conditioner.

Worst brand ever they took 3 weeks just to ship out my order from the shop after multiple emails all they said was “it will be shipped shortly” and then another month to arrive. Was extremely disappointed.

The products are incredible!

I have noticed significantly positive results after using them for only a few weeks.

I would definitely recommend them!!

i bought bondiboost shampoo and conditioner for dandruff and i also bought their strengthening oil that you suppose to put it on after wash and couple drops (not to forget)

i did exactly the same. it didn't work for me.. it made my hair very oily and rough.. after every wash, my hair feel like i never washed them.. it's been almost two months of using it now. i am done now and stopped it
i would never buy it again!

Not worth the money. Leaves hair greasy and don't see any improvement in my hair. And smells awful

The worst hair treatment I've ever used. It made my hair dry and lifeless after using it twice. My hair was not like that before using the product.The peppermint fragrance is about the best thing. An expensive product which I didn't mind paying for if it produced good results. I would not recommend this product. 😠
