Although you selected UPS when placing your order, the parcel was delivered by DHL in the destination country. This happens because UPS cooperates with partner carriers in certain regions - and especially during the Christmas period, when courier services are heavily overloaded, these partnerships are used even more frequently. We understand that this can be confusing for customers, especially when delays occur.
We are sorry for the situation that happened, and we sincerely hope that nothing similar will occur in the future.

Please allow us to clarify that your order was placed on Saturday, 15 November, and we prepared and shipped it immediately on the next working day, Monday, 17 November. Unfortunately, the overall delivery time depends on the courier company, especially during the pre-Christmas period, when delays are very common and outside of our control.
Regarding the missing wines: your order was large and therefore split into five separate parcels. You received four of them, and during transportation one parcel was damaged and returned to us by the courier. We would like to kindly note that we are not informed by the courier when this happens we can only take action once a customer notifies us. This is why it is very important to contact our customer service as soon as possible at +421 901 720 720 or store@bondston.com during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00–16:00).
