Item arrived broken. I followed instructions on their website to notify.

I sent photos of damage to their listed mobile phone number and email.

Been a week and no response....

Seems they dont care

First time ordering of them spent little under $50 I payed for express shipping + tracking number and all I’ve received is an email confirming my order and money taken out my account I’ve called the store no answer I’ve emailed no answer 0/10 don’t recommend use bong shop aus instead

Items arrived within a week

Uncontactable until 2 days after “item was delivered”.
Paid for tracking and express.
Couldn’t receive the tracking number because it wasn’t sent. NO COMMUNICATION.
I disputed with afterpay and got an email from bongsnpipes the next morning at 1am.
I did not receive my package.

all good except I paid for express it took a week in only 240kms from you I was hoping Tuesday instead Friday not bad I just wanted my delivery

I ordered a few vapes & also paid $16 for express delivery and it’s been a week & still don’t have a tracking number. With my previous order, they came pretty quick but it a week earlier and still no update on express delivery is wild. I also contacted you guys via email and still no response about my order.

I did receive an email about completed process of my order but that’s about it.

I ordered something for $115 total. They send me the cheaper version because they’re out. They offer a $50 refund but every time I attempt to get in contact with them I can’t. Then their AI robot gives me a phone number to a different shop.

They offer me the number to CheapSmoke, are they the same company?

No real way to contact them. The phone number they have on there site doesnt work. I have emailed 7 times in 5 days with no reply. At this stage they taken my money without any service. No tracking details even though i paid an extra 16 dollars. First time ordering from these guys and for the sake of $10 i should of went to the OGS at Ozbongs. Disappointed guys.

The delivery of the items were so quick I received them the next day. The bulk of one of the item was not circular I call d it deformed. sweet puff is a trusted brand but this one was not like the other propels I had before. There is also a part of the glass that we’re not blown properly as it felt like it was broken when you out your mouth. In addition the holes were big. I used to get mine from another supplier and I thought that u will try this merchant but I will go back to the other supplier. Disappointed!

Great products good prices and quick to ship but remember when you order over the holidays it will be slower but still very quick to come thanks everyone for such a great service!!!
