No communication about my order, ordered over 1 month ago! Still haven’t received it yet! So disappointing.

My order came broken ! I have tried emailing calling & no response no contact back nothing would never use again

I was meant to receive two pipes but only received the one happy for refund or send the second one.

I purchased on the 28th of October paid for express post. and no information about purchase was given, then on1st of November I received notification saying Track your order but no tracking information was available I sent 4 emails to which was no reply. Then 10 days passed still nothing which was 7 business days, so much for express post.... so much for responding then received my parcel wrong colour Bong wrong colour twisty pipe. Not trying to get it rectified took long enough to get my order don't want to wait another few weeks to get the right order.

Website is easy to navigate, ship within Australia, many payment methods available, wide range of everything really, if there's an issue with anything they resolve it quickly n efficiently. They're polite, prompt, they communicate, fair pricing, prompt shipping n A1 packaging of products

Can't get ahold of the company at all, and I paid express delivery and still haven't received my item 5 days after placing the order

Bad service and ripped me off 2 items. They couldn't be contacted after that and 2 other items they sent were wrong. They never rectified the situation still trying to get my money back. You won't get away with this you did the wrong thing and are a disgrace.

Delivery was prompt, bong is great, I've bought this same bong a few times from you guys, the big problem is your cone piece the hole in the bottom is so small I can't use it, knowing this I ordered an extra cone piece hoping it would be different but it was the same small pin hole, if you have any other cone piece with a larger hole that's usable could you please send me a link and I'll purchase it.

Easy to use website accepts buy now pay later options and quick delivery BUT I paid for a 100 dollar mystery box and I'm not happy with the items.. I got 2 very cheap bongs didn't bother chucking in any Good ones no herb grinder just few small accessories won't be shopping through use again definetely won't recommended
