Loved the advent calendar! I would’ve preferred all confiture and skipped the Nutella stuff. The “gift” is not something I will use.

I love Bon Maman jam but when I bought some of your apricot conserve last week from Tesco in Sunderland I found something rather odd. We opened the jar today for the first time, and we found what looks like mould on the inside of the lid. I have photos. I’ve tried to contact you on your contact form on your website, but the form wouldn’t send, so I’ve come on trustpilot instead. The sell by date isn’t until October 2027. Thanks.

I ordered a birthday gift and relied on the delivery estimate shown at checkout (5–8 business days) to plan the surprise. Unfortunately, the package arrived in just 1.5 business days and was delivered directly to the recipient, completely spoiling the surprise.
I understand that shipping times can vary, but this was far outside the delivery window advertised on the site. I contacted the company about this issue but did not receive any response. Overall, I am very disappointed with the inaccurate delivery estimate and the lack of customer support, which significantly affected my experience.

I purchased the Holiday Advent Calender Jelly and Honey from World Market as a Christmas gift for my 88 & 89 year old parents. They started on December 1st opening the calender and call me with the flavors of the day. They are on day 7. They have enjoyed every single jar so far. I have asked if there has been any that they either thought should have been used as a marinade or glaze on chicken or ham. My mother said they're too good to use as marinade. So far they have said they are so happy that they wish the jars could be a little large. They did use the Carmel Apple Cinnamon on pancakes and loved it.
This has been one of the best gifts to give to these older people. Thank You for putting together such a wonderful gift.

Usually I love Bonne Maman products but I recently tried the chocolate pots and I was so disappointed. It was like cold runny blancmange. I love blancmange but the chocolate pot was not thick, set, or what I had expected at all. I thought it was more like cold chocolate custard. I didn't really enjoy it at all. I'll stick to the one's I like in future.

Really lovely advent calendar, well presented and delivered within 48hrs. I haven't opened it yet of course but there is a wonderful array of flavours I never knew existed and a free large jar of hazelnut spread- yum! We all need to support businesses more by ordering direct, imo.

The web site was very easy to follow and the check out process simple. The choice of products is excellent and the offer of free shipping with a certain spend is excellent. When the package arrived it was extremely well packaged and presented.

I bought the bonne madman jam from Aldi supermarket UK- I am not sure if it's because the UK market has a high level of competition on sales, every product is meant to be fully sugar tasted or your product is not rated.
Bonne Maman jam is full of sugar, and is not good for health, please it's not all of us, who are interested to sugar flavour. Thank you

I ordered 2 advent calendars for the holidays, and they didn't arrive.

Reached out to customer service and was lambasted by the agent, basically telling me that it was my fault the delivery driver didn't follow instructions, and I was responsible for the lost delivery. I live in San Francisco, on a very busy street, and they just left the package near the front door, and somehow expected that to be considered 'delivered' despite the sign on my front door that explicitly states not to leave packages.

Do better Bonne Maman.

I’ll start by saying their Chocolate Spread is actually really nice but this review isn’t about that.
I bought the chocolate and orange spread and it’s not a spread, it’s a sauce. It’s just runny and really not pleasant at all. It has the same consistency as ketchup, which is just weird for a chocolate spread.
It’s as if they’ve just got their original chocolate spread and just added marmalade to it…in fact I bet I’m really not far off with that assessment at all, but however they've created it, it needs to be scrapped!

Purchased wild blueberry jam which I have done before but this was sickly sweet I couldn't eat it so got in touch with them they wouldn't even send me a voucher to replace it

I was appalled to find a dead fly, ( and small area of mould) on opening a Blackcurrant mousse. Contacted the company twice , attaching evidence - and there was no response!

I used to love Bonne Maman’s compotes. Sadly the quality has deteriorated. The peach one tastes as though the fruit had started rotting before it was cooked, the apricot one is runnier than it used to be and the rhubarb one has been unavailable for months.
They seem to be focussing on little dessert pots which are very expensive and so probably more lucrative for them. Disappointing.

Worst jam we ever tasted, there is no fruit, not like a jam or marmalade. We tried peach preserve and Blackcurrant preserve. I wish I never tried, i was waiting some Blackcurrant pieces there was nothing and it was not like a jam it was like a wiggly jellow you can't apply trough a bread and high sugar content was like candy taste. Peach preserve also has so much sugar and just minimal pulp inside no peach pieces. It is also like jellow. So I never recommend Bonne Maman jams according my experiences. Additionally you should think twice it raised my insuline levels so fast.
