Very Fast Goose Rillette Delivery BUT
Very Fast Delivery. Next day ! And post-free. But the Goose Rillette was very disappointing in flavour. We left it overnight to reach room temperature (21C), but it was quite Tasteless. To all three of we three experienced gourmands! Surprisingly flavourless, perhaps, at best, it resembled Pork Rillette. Not even as tasty as Duck. Thus a very disappointing, and somewhat costly experience! A shame. Sorry++ :(

The delivery took longer than expected…
The delivery took longer than expected with Royal Mail, as I ordered fresh food.
It would be nice to have an update from the customer service from BonneBouffe or a chat live to ask questions.
Price wise very good for what I bought.

Dear Soraya, Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise that your delivery was delayed by one day. We send all of our chilled items in insulated, padded envelopes with enough icepacks included within to keep the products cool for up to 48 hours in transit.
Once an order is dispatched, we send an email with the tracking details, and delivery notifications are also sent by Royal Mail.

The products are fantastic, the prices are reasonable, delivery is free when you spend a certain amount. We were really impressed by the careful packaging and very prompt delivery. My wife had a question regarding our order (rillettes), their customer service is excellent and they responded efficiently and quickly.
