I purchased in hopes of replacing the melatonin I’d been taking for years, and found relief from the very first night. The Bono device is AMAZING!!!!!

Unfortunately, this device did not work for me. However, the support and feedback I got from this company is outstanding. Never have my needs been responded to so quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely recommend this company. Wish the product could have solved my insomnia as it has for so many.

I don’t know if this works or not but I do know that the flashing green light and loud clicky buttons are not conducive to my sleep nor my husbands. The light and the clicking wake him up. It’s also extremely hard to know which button is + and which is - in the dark. These should be raised so you can feel the +/- with your finger. Also this is advertised as ‘pulses’ but is very uncomfortable electric shocks!

I was sold this unit and a few days later they came out with one with a strap. I should have been given the choice to have the newer model.

I recently purchased the BonoSleep to help with my chronic issues of insomnia. Within just a few nights I noticed that it was helping me to fall asleep faster and to help me fall back to sleep upon waking up in the middle of the night. Most nights I don’t even make it through one session before I’m asleep. It’s greatest value to me is helping me fall back asleep.

I recently had to contact customer service regarding my device and had a very quick response from them. They resolved my issue completely to my satisfaction. This is a quality company.

I can't rave about this product enough. It has cured my insomnia. I still have a day or two that I may have an issue. But I was going through a bottle of Tylenol a month and I haven’t taken a single one in over a month because of this bonosleep device. All you do is hold it in your hand for 20 min and you have to feel the electrical pulse for it to work. Relax and go to sleep. It turns off automatically. You need to use it regularly. I only started to feel results after 5 nights. I used to wake up 5-7 times per night, now it's either none, or just few. Before I didn't want to go to sleep knowing it won't be pleasurable, now I am looking forward to it.

My friend recommended the sleep device. I have hard time going back to sleep after bathroom wake up. And it takes huge toll on my overall sleep since I need to wake up early. I was very surprised how the first night I fall asleep in ~10 min. So I thought it's just one time thing, let's see how it goes. But following nights were the same! Just one thing, that light is a bit bright, so just put a small duck tape on it. Suggestion for the future improvement.

This has helped me at least half the times I have trouble falling asleep or getting back to sleep, but not all of the time (which is fair). For improvements- I suggest a more silent button click or soft button (the click is too loud for me to adjust the settings in the night without waking my partner) and ditch the flashing light for something significantly smaller (pinhole) and less bright. I like to sleep with my hands by my face but I'm light sensitive at night.

I bought Bonosleep device few weeks ago. It was delivered in 3 days. I was hoping it will help me, however it didn't. I contacted them and just returned it without any issues. Got a full refund within few days.

I have no idea how it works but it works! If I put my book down and I am not sleepy, I use it and within a couple of minutes I am asleep and sleep better. No chemicals, no pills, best invention ever

It’s easy to use and feels good in the palm of your hand. Because this beautiful device did wonders for me I got extras for my family.

I bought sleep aid device few weeks ago. I have been using it every day so far and it really works! Now it takes 15-20 min to fall asleep instead of hours!
