Zero updates on the delivery status + a discount code became invalid before the usage

After we ordered a cupboard, we only received promotional emails but nothing about the delivery status. After 1.5 weeks, we suddenly received the refund. No delivery notes or updates etc. Communication from then is sadly really bad.

Plus, we had actually a discount code at the beginning. But after we were forced by the system to first log in, the discount code became invalid because we applied it before logging ourselves in. This shouldn´t happen..

Customer support that doesn't listen to a customer

My customer number is 311861224. I have access to a special discount of bonprix via my employer. The voucher is valid only for bonprix.de. From this site it is not possible to order a delivery to Austria. Because bonprix.at and bonprix.de are somehow separated. I was waiting about a week for a reply from bonprix whether they can offer me a voucher for bonprix.at or whether they can deliver from bonprix.de to Austria. They never answered directly to my question despite the fact that I asked it. Every time they advised to wait for a voucher in a newsletter that they send to all the customers. But I am not all the customers. I want to use my corporate benefits. Their replies made me only angry. Bonprix lost me as a customer forever.

Unfortunately, bonprix Germany and bonprix Austria are two separate companies. For this reason a voucher valid in Germany is not valid in Austria.
