First off, they send a plant that's dead on arrival. Contacted customer Support and they tell me "acclimate to its new environment for 3-4 weeks before doing any major stressors", not sure what stressors can be caused by opening a box. Fine, no resolution, I thought I did something wrong.
Here where my concern comes in, and makes me think the place is a fraud! I was invited to do a review by an "independent" review site on behalf of Bonsaistore.co. I completed the review and gave two stars. Wouldn't you know it, the review never gets posted. I write another two star review, and it's not posted either. So, I think to myself why--the store/site is chosing not to post negative reviews--that's why their reviews on their site are all four stars and above.
Completely fraudulent. They will run off with your money and then blame you for killing the plant (which again, was DOA).

I don't believe any review with anything more than a single star. you can tell the real reviews on other platforms, and it's obvious these guys write their own reviews to boast themselves. I too did not have my order fulfilled, was not shipped and no refund. This company is a fraud!

Order not fulfilled, emails not answered, no phone contact available — clearly fraudulent and will be reported as such.

I've ordered a few Bonsai's from them with no issues. Always very well packaged and shipping is usually quick. If there's any delay they've emailed letting me know.
