Customers service non existent
The delivery was awful, it says it wasn’t deliverable twice, then GLS broke my pot, didn’t delivered anything at all, the customer service here is horrible. I wrote an Email - no answer, a WhatsApp - no answer and a chat - no answer. Now I have a half dead plant and a broken pot and the shop just ignores me… would never order there again

Awful service
I've bought a tree for the birthday gift for my boyfriend, instead of a beautiful plant from the pictures on the website, I've got a tree that looks sick with brown leaves. I texted on the WhatsApp chat and I sent one email. Guess what! I didn't get any answer. Brilliant! It was an awful experience, unfortunately. I was so happy when found this company on Google. But now - not.

In the beginning I was really happy…
In the beginning I was really happy with the service because my trees arrived after a few days. But after I opened the package and removed the tape I realised that the pot was completely shattered. What can happen. So I tried to contact the company but nobody replied. I'm really disappointed because it's supposed to be a present so now I have to glue it together and find a new pot.
Update: yes I got a message via WhatsApp, but after my reply with text and pictures I never received an answer so still very disappointed.

So happy with the Bonsai!! It was a present for my daughter 28th birthday in her new home.
She loves it! I think the Bonsai is more beautiful in real then how I saw it on the website!
The tree is very neatly packaged and sturdy so that it was delivered to me without shaking or anything.
