Great quality bonsai, very happy with the purchase

I had a very positive experience with Bonsaiwonder.
The bonsai arrived in good condition, healthy and well packaged. It even had small flowers already, which was a really nice surprise.
The overall quality of the tree is very good, with a beautiful structure and strong leaves.
The drip tray arrived slightly damaged, but it’s not a problem for me and doesn’t affect the product.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Arrived safely and intact in Finland

The bonsai was of high quality and also what was promised. The pot and tree were packed very well and they arrived intact in the box. The delivery to Finland did not start immediately but was delayed for almost a week. After it started, the delivery was fast.

As beautiful as expected

Very beautiful bonsai. Shipping was slow but explained by the snow storm at the time, which was understood. It was very well secured in its package, pristine!

Wonderful

I received my bonsai tree completely…

I received my bonsai tree completely dehydrated and almost dead, losing its leaves a few days later. No protection in the packaging, delivery a week after ordering despite paying for express delivery and no compensation to remedy this. And my bonsai tree is beyond repair !

No feedback or shipment confirmation

I ordered four weeks ago and still haven’t received my items or a confirmation of shipment. The only feedback I got is that it will be shipped “on Monday,” but without any clear timeline or explanation. At this point, I’m honestly not sure which Monday they are referring to.

Waiting four weeks without transparent communication or a concrete delivery date is too long and no longer acceptable. Very disappointing.

Update: I shared my order number (#BW1010589) again three days ago, but I still haven’t received any update or feedback? At this point, I would kindly ask you to cancel the order and issue a refund, as it appears that the order has not yet been shipped.

Update: My order is in the meantime 6 weeks old. No feedback from customer service, products are still not shipped - I think this is a scam. Worst online shop experience I ever had...

To our knowledge, all orders have already been shipped. Over the past few weeks, we deliberately postponed shipments to Poland because temperatures were as low as -15°C. In such extreme cold, bonsai trees would unfortunately arrive frozen and severely damaged. We chose to wait to prevent your trees from arriving dead.

The weather conditions have now improved, and we are able to safely ship to Poland again.

We also noticed that the review was left anonymously. Could you please share your order number with us? It starts with #BW. This will allow us to locate your order immediately and provide you with a clear and concrete update.

Again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and the lack of clarity. We truly appreciate your patience and would like to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
