Very disappointed!
EDIT I did contact the company directly before posting the review and received an apology, but that was all.
I have used this company since 2018 and whilst costly, the quality of the fabric justified the price until my latest purchase this year, which did not.
Poor quality fabric that was thin and lacking the quality of previous purchases.
Will not be purchasing from them again.

Cheaply made.
Even at 60% off the Liberty print pajamas were a splurge. The fabric is cheap, thin and stiff. The color is drab. I suspect it is a knock off of Liberty. The cut is dowdy and the finish very cheap. I haven’t washed but expect stitches to unravel and fabric to shrink. Very disappointed.

Taking the micky
Lovely Insta marketing, but 5 quid boxers for 35. Material, manufacture, cut feel you could find in pound land. Stay with brands that actually provide something for the money.

Beautiful nightdress in brushed cotton
I am delighted with the brushed cotton nightdress I bought from Bonsoir. The fabric is so soft and the style really comfortable. Only wish I’d discovered this company years ago. Really worth the money.
Comfortable nightdress but quality lower
I bought a nightdress last year which was excellent quality and very comfortable, though did shrink a bit after washing. This year I bought another of the same style. The fabric is noticeably thinner and the stitching has come undone at the wrists of both sleeves, whereas my older one was well finished. It seems this one is more cheaply made and the quality is not as good. It has also shrunk a lot more so that the sleeves and length are about 3 inches shorter. These nightdresses are very comfortable but I was very disappointed at the obvious deterioration in quality despite the price remaining the same.
Great customer service
Very cosy pyjamas in brushed cotton. Just ordered some for my husband for Valentines Day and by mistake sent them to my sister's address and she is out of the country. Glenys from Customer Services tried to get package back from Royal Mail but they keep them for at least 2 weeks. New pair being sent right away. Have always found them super helpful if you have any problems...
Short in leg and arm
Expensive nightwear. Lovely fabrics especially soft brushed cotton. Ladies pyjamas too short in legs and arms for me. I am 5’8”. £95 is unrealistic if they don’t provide a ‘tall’ size. Night dresses are a good length. Come on Bonsoir do something about it.
THE PYJAMAS SHRANK!
I actually can't remember when I bought the 2 pairs of pyjamas - 1 for myself and 1 for my partner - but it was a little over a year ago. But that is irrelevant. The website was very tantalising and the range of pyjamas very attractive. The price (not low) suggested that they would be top quality. We received them and were instantly impressed. However, bit by bit, despite washing them entirely according to instruction, they have shrunk! The cuff of the sleeves, for example, on both pairs is now at least 10 cm above the wrist. Shocking. We will not dare to shop with this company again.
