Jau daugiau nei metai bandoma persivesti pinigus į sąskaitą , nors rašoma , kad pinigai išimami . To padaryti nepavyksta jau gal metai. Tikiuosi gauti atsakymą iš bonusway komandos nes taip pažeidžiamos vartotojų teises .
Praeityje esu gavęs tris išmokas ir viskas buvo gerai. Tačiau dabar bonusai kaba su būsena "Laukiama" daugiau nei metus (nuo 2024 rugpjūčio).
Susisiekus gavau tokį atsakymą: "Jei bonuso statusas dar nepasikeitė po 3 mėnesių, vadinasi dar negavome pinigų iš parduotuvės. Prašome dar truputį palaukti ir bonuso statusas pasikeis automatiškai, kai tik gausime pinigus."
Taip išeina, daugiau nei metus Bonusway negauna pinigų iš Aliexpress, iHerb, ir Pigu.lt?
Gal ir taip - bet tada man kaip vartotojui nėra jokios prasmės pirkti šiose parduotuvėse per Bonusway, nes jokių bonusų niekada negausiu.
