Good food, but they've let us down this month

Our dog does well on the food so we would give that 5 stars, even though the kibble chunks are a bit smaller than we would like.

But we have been waiting a while for our order and Bonza said that they couldn't provide it for more than an extra week because they had none left. Since then, I have seen several adverts for Bonza every day, so they're going through an ad campaign whilst my dog is eating lesser quality food all of a sudden.

Terrible

Terrible. Their website is covered in comments about the environment and then the delivery turns up wrapped in layer after layer of plastic. My dogs won’t eat it either. Waste of money.
