Never got my money back.

I ordered booby tape online back in 2023. I thought it was possible to ship it to the Netherlands, but apparently not. I didn't get any warning or anything that they couldn't deliver it.

I never received the product at all.

I emailed them and explained the situation hoping to get my money back.
Emails had been sent back and forth stating that they refund it, and that it takes 10 days, And that there had been an internal changes that was causing everything to be delayed. I also had to give my bank details so they could manually transfer the money back. this never happened at all.

I seriously wonder if I will ever get the money back. The last mail i got from them was in august 2024 and they never answerd my response.
